There is no longer an option to receive an email when someone has completed their assessments which is frustrating.

Pros

It's easy to use on the whole and is quick once the standard emails are set up for our company. The results are very thorough but sadly no longer provide the level of detail they used to which was helpful. I like that you can print a comparison report for all candidates.

Cons

Sadly there is a functionality issue where several features do not work on some platforms. Some questions are asked and you cannot see the whole screen so you cannot click on the correct answer. Sometimes you have to watch a video but this isn't available on all platforms or you cannot hear if there are any verbal instructions if you don't have speakers or a headset. One of the worst features is that there is a heavy amount of 'shortcut' questions but people in our industry often don't use or have never even been taught these shortcuts, however, they know how to perform the function in at least one other way. As a company this is all we need to know, it's not important how they go about doing it. Sadly this is negatively affecting candidates who do not know the shortcuts and this can reflect badly when doing the comparison report. In the previous version of this software you could click on several different options to carry out the task, but now the questions are worded as such that you 'have' to know the shortcut. Because we no longer have the question summary report for each candidate we cannot even highlight this within their assessments and disregard these questions for all candidates. Feedback I've received is strongly stating that people do badly when they are asked about shortcuts as most do not know them and would carry out the task in another way. Can these be removed? or reworded so that there are several options?

Excellent tool and company to deal with highly effective and our clients love it

Pros

It easy and excellent for our candidates as we are a recruiter ,they can do their assessments at home no the old way with a stop watch looking over their shoulders !

Cons

nothing every is brilliant and so easy to use and a great selling tool highly recommend ISV

Pros

The ease of use, quick set up and ease of accessing results. Also the large bank of tests available.

Cons

Export results to excel or similar would be useful.
