Pros Mi ha colpito la facilità d'uso del prodotto rispetto ad altri concorrenti. Mi avevano fatto provare altri software ma erano decisamente più complessi. Grazie alla piattaforma tutta in cloud posso monitorare l'uso di internet degli utenti con estrema facilità. Cons Le liste di filtraggio sono abbastanza complete anche se a volte avrei bisogno di ulteriori sotto categorie, ma ho notato che periodicamente vengono aggiornate in seguito alle segnalazioni. Pros E' un software pratico e di facile utilizzo per chi deve gestire gli studenti di un Istituto scolastico e non è un tecnico specializzato nella gestione di firewall o filtri web. Come utilizzatore finale mi permette di abilitare e/o bloccare con estrema facilità siti e portali non adatti alla navigazione degli studenti. La semplicità d'uso è uno dei suoi punti di forza. Cons Per il momento non vedo criticità. Aggiungerei però alcune categorie alle liste e ai filtri, tipo ad esempio "giochi online", che non sempre vengono bloccati. La protezione è molto potente e permette di creare blacklist e whitelist personalizzate. E' prodotto che consiglio a chiunque lavori in un ambiente in cui viene utilizzato quotidianamente internet per proteggere la rete da rischi ed eventuali attacchi. Rispetto ad altri prodotti la gestione è molto semplice e può essere gestita anche da utenti meno esperti. Cons Ritengo che il software sia già completo com'è adesso anche perché le liste vengono aggiornate periodicamente con nuovi filtri. Cons Riguardo al prodotto non ho nulla da ricriminare. Forse l'unica piccola critica che potrei fare, è sull'organizzazione del pannello Cloud, mi riferisco ai tools a volte non propriamente funzionanti o alle guide per le varie configurazioni che magari sono un po' datate.
