Ruvna has given us confidence and peace of mind when it comes to tracking our school's student attendance and accountability measures. We appreciate their efforts to create software updates that make our school processes even more seamless.

Pros

This is our third school year using Ruvna, and the software has become an essential part of our school's operations, from attendance tracking to visitor management to accountability for drills and emergencies. The onboarding process was very comprehensive and individualized to our school's needs; my team and I felt supported throughout the entire experience. Any time I've reached out to the support team with questions or requests, I have always received a quick and informative response.

Cons

I wish there were more customizable attendance reports. At times, it's a bit difficult getting an overall, comprehensive picture of a student's attendance in and out of the school building.

Ruvna has been a responsive, thoughtful, and reasonable partner for a crucial aspect of our school's operations stack.

Pros

We onboarded with Ruvna when they were just starting. Like any good startup, they gave us personal attention, great training, customizations galore, and a lot of promises. Unlike other startups I have worked with, they have come through on every promise and kept the same level of attention and passion throughout our nearly 10 year relationship.

Cons

They are forced to rely on other vendors' APIs and data structures which limits their ability to do things I know they want to.
