Being an organization so spread and decentralized, this is a most to improve our participation inside the company. We are getting used to it very easily, and we are happy to know that is going to improve constantly, providing new features without extra cost. Pros It is very easy to setup and start launching and managing voting processes. Supports multiple languages and is very clear to get used to it and participate in just a couple of clicks. It also has a lot of features for delegation, documentation, weight distribution, and the integration with blockchain is definitely a plus for our trust and security. Apart from that, the license, with unlimited voting processes, and flexibility to setup the verification level for each and every voting process will help us to spread its use in the organization, carry on polls, surveys and manage our stakeholders decisions with the upmost security level. Cons A bit more room for customization but we were informed that the platform already supports that and will deploy a new version with it soon. Reasons for choosing Appsamblea It is easier, more user friendly, and cheaper than nVotes. It also covers much more functionalities and cases of use than the others and we are interested in upgrading to new features and volume of users for uour worldwide partners. We have people in different cities and before Appsamble, it was a waste of time due to travels and accommodations sometimes. Now we have speeded up all our process and we are saving a bunch of money. Pros The best is the price compared with the product value you get. We have saved an enormous amount of money and this cost is already amortized since the first time we use it. Cons Nothing. In the beginning, it took us some time to convince our people to vote online, mainly because they are used to do it physically, as it has always been. The good thing about Appsamblea is that you have an option for those who still want to vote physically, so you can have both ways.
