Pros

  • The fysical punch card system works like it sould.

  • Overall it has been good. They have always been helpful whenever we have needed support.

  • Inexpensive and easy to set up and does what we need it to. It's also really reliable and integrates smoothly with our time clocks.

  • Easy to navigate easy to use and makes following hours much easier then my old system.

Cons

  • For some reason thay have a split database and you just can't find the normal employe login via google. The display of hours is extreamly dumb.

  • Witch it is but everyone has just more and more qwestions wy the hours are so regerstrated that it looks you always have worked less hours than you did. Putting a lot of strain on HR complaints.

  • Hour registration works fine but the way its displayed makes everyone have qwestions. Its hard to use and verry glitchy it freezes a lot an loggin in is a pain.

  • Witch makes people wonder if there registration is correct.

"Easy to use and Fairly Priced"

Overall: We needed a new clock in machine and software that would integrate with it but didn't want to pay over the odds for what WAS a 10 employee business (now at nearly 50) Timemoto was recommended for the machine we bought and set up was painless. Getting the information I need each period to pay our staff is extremely simple and so is making any adjustments when staff forget to clock in or out too!

Pros: I like that the software is cloud based and that the monthly subscription is reasonably priced

Cons: I cannot set my own payment period intervals. We pay our staff on the last Friday of each month but the presets are weekly or monthly

"Review for timemoto "

Pros: It's inexpensive, easy to install and administer, and adapts well to the schedules given to it.

Cons: It's too slow and the interface crashes very often when performing certain tasks

"DO NOT BUY!!!"

Overall: Horrible, time-wasting, frustrating, support staff is non-existent, email a support form for no replies

Pros: I got paid to waste many hours trying to contact support

Cons: There is no support. They refer you to their support Q&A PDF, which is basic and no help. They do not respond to emails (I've been waiting a week) Their phone support is non-existent, there is a number [sensitive content hidden] but nobody has ever answered it or returned the messages I left. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! You'll be left looking to buy another company's timeclock. Huge regrets!

"Good value system"

Overall: Overall it has been good. They have always been helpful whenever we have needed support.

Pros: Inexpensive and easy to set up and does what we need it to. It's also really reliable and integrates smoothly with our time clocks.

Cons: Some document storage against employees would be great. Also a way of archiving previous employees without taking up users would be nice. The mobile app could be better as well.

Reasons for Switching to TimeMoto: Looking for something with a better ui and more reliable than our previous system.

"Schlechte Performance"

Pros: -

Cons: Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die mobile Zeiterfassung ist katastrophal, weil Standorte nicht gefunden werden, das Einstechen z.T. nur sporadisch funktioniert, Stempeleinträge nicht ins System übertragen werden. Die Excelauswertungen sind zur Weiterverarbeitung ohne größeren Aufwand garnicht zu gebrauchen. Arbeitszeiten werden verkehrt berechnet, ohne das ein System zu erkennen ist, die Auswirkungen der eingestellten Arbeitszeitpläne sind absolut unplausibel. Die Berechnung des Resturlaubes ist absolut nicht zu gebrauchen, da im System immer auf den 31.03. abgestellt wird, was vollkommen realitätsfern ist. Projekte sind nach Rückfrage bei der Hotline in ihrer Anzahl auf 99 beschränkt. Also auch hier nicht wirklich nutzbar. Und wie auch schon von den Vorrednern bemerkt ist die Hotline absolut nicht zu gebrauchen. Ich habe diese Anfangs ein oder zweimal um Hilfe gebeten --> null Hilfestellung vorhanden. Wir haben dem System jetzt 2 Jahre eine Chance gegeben --> Einzig die Differenzrechnung der gestochen Zeiten funktioniert :-) Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen System.
