Très mauvaise expérience avec TimeMoto. Depuis plus de trois semaines, je demande à être contacté par téléphone afin de résoudre un problème concernant leur solution de gestion des heures et du badgeage. Je précise systématiquement que je souhaite un contact téléphonique, car il est impossible de joindre un interlocuteur compétent de leur côté. Le seul numéro que j'ai trouvé est un numéro situé aux Pays-Bas. Lorsque l'on appelle, un message indique que ce numéro n'est plus attribué. J'ai donc ouvert plusieurs tickets de support en demandant explicitement à être rappelé par téléphone. Le 26 mai, j'ai reçu une réponse d'un certain \[caché sensible contenu\] à 4 h 49 du matin, laissant entendre qu'il avait tenté de me joindre à cette heure-là. Évidemment, je ne suis pas à mon poste de travail à 4 h 49 du matin. J'ai alors renouvelé plusieurs fois ma demande de rappel téléphonique. On m'a ensuite indiqué que le numéro utilisé pour me joindre ne permettait pas d'établir le contact. J'ai donc communiqué mon numéro de téléphone portable personnel afin d'éliminer toute difficulté. Malgré cela, à ce jour, je n'ai toujours reçu aucun appel. Après plus de trois semaines d'attente, de relances répétées et de tickets sans solution concrète, je constate une absence totale de service après-vente et de suivi client. Je déconseille fortement ce prestataire à toute entreprise qui attend un support réactif et accessible lorsque des problèmes surviennent.

I have been trying to pay for an upgrade as I need more functionality than my current software supports for over a month. Impossible to get any real person or phone number. I do get automated replies with no actual help. The only reason I haven't switched yet, is the amount of work it will take to enter data into new system. I will try a little longer before switching. If I were looking for a new system, I would not use Timemoto. The reason I am taking the time to write a review is to save others from future headaches.

Pros

The pricing structure is good. Basic functions work well. You are able to add employees relatively easy.

Cons

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Impossible to get any support. Everything is software and bot based.

We have looked into several and various options to find a time tracking solution affordable, easy to set up and to use. TimeMoto is THE answer to all your need.

Pros

The product is affordable, well constructed and easy to set up and use. It is a nice solution for time tracking within a company and propose many way of using it. The customer service is very reactive and very helpful when needed.

Cons

nothing disapointed us. The devices are nice, easy to set up and to install. Our employees find them attractive.

Wir setzen TimeMoto überwiegend zur Zeiterfassung und zum Nachweis gegenüber dem Auftraggeber ein. Das Produkt ist aber nach kurzer Einarbeitung sehr leicht zu benutzen!

Pros

Auswertung sehr gut, Finger-Print, Biometrische Zeiterfassung, Auswertung der Stempelzeit möglich, etc.

Cons

Finger-Print-Gerät nicht immer zuverlässig, Planung nicht so performand, unterschiedliche Rollen schwer zu planen.

Die Zeiterfassung läuft sehr gut. Der Support ist hervorragend! Nochmals Danke für die freundliche Unterstützung Herr \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] Die App funktioniert auch wunderbar, wenn man von vornherein alles richtig einrichtet. Einfach mal vor Einrichtung LESEN! Die FAQs der Webseite lassen keine Fragen offen. Also erst Denken, Lesen und dann Bewerten!

L'esperienza con TimeMoto non è positiva, invece di aiutarti a risparmiare tempo ti genera più lavoro! Se vuoi dare ai collaboratori i piani della settimana o mese devi riscriverli manuali perchè non c'è modo che li vedono!

Pros

Ottimo l'hardware (TM-626) e il concetto di utilizzo.

Cons

Poco pratico il software e l'applicazione. Per la ristorazione dove i turni di lavoro cambiano giornalmente, i collaboratori non hanno la possibilità di vedere la loro pianificazione della settimana o mese. Nell'applicazione per smartphone non esiste una voce "pianificazione" serve solo per timbrare entrata/uscita. Non c'è neanche la possibilità di fare una stampa della pianificazione o un sistema da inviare ai collaboratori. La visione dei turni di lavoro tramite PC è molto complicata come anche la stesura dei turni di lavoro ai collaboratori. Ci si investe troppo tempo. Software completamente da rivedere!

Online platform is horrendously slow and not usable.

Pros

I do not like this system at all....between the hardware (machine) and the online platform it's just a headache that a busy small business could do without.

Cons

Hardware is slow and does not do the basic thing of clocking people in and out correctly. All the settings are correct on the machine and still it clocks at AM when should be PM or OUT when should be IN

Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die mobile Zeiterfassung ist katastrophal, weil Standorte nicht gefunden werden, das Einstechen z.T. nur sporadisch funktioniert, Stempeleinträge nicht ins System übertragen werden. Die Excelauswertungen sind zur Weiterverarbeitung ohne größeren Aufwand garnicht zu gebrauchen. Arbeitszeiten werden verkehrt berechnet, ohne das ein System zu erkennen ist, die Auswirkungen der eingestellten Arbeitszeitpläne sind absolut unplausibel. Die Berechnung des Resturlaubes ist absolut nicht zu gebrauchen, da im System immer auf den 31.03. abgestellt wird, was vollkommen realitätsfern ist. Projekte sind nach Rückfrage bei der Hotline in ihrer Anzahl auf 99 beschränkt. Also auch hier nicht wirklich nutzbar. Und wie auch schon von den Vorrednern bemerkt ist die Hotline absolut nicht zu gebrauchen. Ich habe diese Anfangs ein oder zweimal um Hilfe gebeten --> null Hilfestellung vorhanden. Wir haben dem System jetzt 2 Jahre eine Chance gegeben --> Einzig die Differenzrechnung der gestochen Zeiten funktioniert :-) Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen System.

Externe HW zu teuer und technisch auf dem Stand 2000. Cloud langsam und instabil!

Die Cloud Lösung. Das ist auch das einzig Positive!

Cons

Geräte sind Schrott. Wichtige Cloudinfos werden schlecht angezeigt. Langsam!

Horrible, time-wasting, frustrating, support staff is non-existent, email a support form for no replies

Pros

I got paid to waste many hours trying to contact support

Cons

There is no support. They refer you to their support Q&A PDF, which is basic and no help. They do not respond to emails (I've been waiting a week) Their phone support is non-existent, there is a number \[sensitive content hidden\] but nobody has ever answered it or returned the messages I left. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! You'll be left looking to buy another company's timeclock. Huge regrets!
