Getting the information I need each period to pay our staff is extremely simple and so is making any adjustments when staff forget to clock in or out too! Pros I like that the software is cloud based and that the monthly subscription is reasonably priced Cons I cannot set my own payment period intervals. May 14, 2026 1.0 I have been trying to pay for an upgrade as I need more functionality than my current software supports for over a month. Impossible to get any real person or phone number. I do get automated replies with no actual help. The only reason I haven't switched yet, is the amount of work it will take to enter data into new system. I will try a little longer before switching. If I were looking for a new system, I would not use Timemoto. The reason I am taking the time to write a review is to save others from future headaches. Pros The pricing structure is good. Cons Poco pratico il software e l'applicazione. Per la ristorazione dove i turni di lavoro cambiano giornalmente, i collaboratori non hanno la possibilità di vedere la loro pianificazione della settimana o mese. Nell'applicazione per smartphone non esiste una voce "pianificazione" serve solo per timbrare entrata/uscita. Non c'è neanche la possibilità di fare una stampa della pianificazione o un sistema da inviare ai collaboratori. La visione dei turni di lavoro tramite PC è molto complicata come anche la stesura dei turni di lavoro ai collaboratori. Ci si investe troppo tempo. Software completamente da rivedere! Die mobile Zeiterfassung ist katastrophal, weil Standorte nicht gefunden werden, das Einstechen z.T. nur sporadisch funktioniert, Stempeleinträge nicht ins System übertragen werden. Die Excelauswertungen sind zur Weiterverarbeitung ohne größeren Aufwand garnicht zu gebrauchen. Arbeitszeiten werden verkehrt berechnet, ohne das ein System zu erkennen ist, die Auswirkungen der eingestellten Arbeitszeitpläne sind absolut unplausibel. Die Berechnung des Resturlaubes ist absolut nicht zu gebrauchen, da im System immer auf den 31.03. abgestellt wird, was vollkommen realitätsfern ist. Projekte sind nach Rückfrage bei der Hotline in ihrer Anzahl auf 99 beschränkt. Also auch hier nicht wirklich nutzbar. Und wie auch schon von den Vorrednern bemerkt ist die Hotline absolut nicht zu gebrauchen. Ich habe diese Anfangs ein oder zweimal um Hilfe gebeten --> null Hilfestellung vorhanden. Wir haben dem System jetzt 2 Jahre eine Chance gegeben --> Einzig die Differenzrechnung der gestochen Zeiten funktioniert :-) Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen System. (Urlaubsplanung, Überstunden .... die Berechnungen dazu waren nie wirklich nachvollziehbar) Ich habe mich dann kürzlich dazu entschieden zunächst wieder auf den FreePlan zu gehen, da ich eigentlich nur noch die reine Zeiterfassung nutze. Das ist jetzt aber wohl geschichte. - Den FreePlan gibt es nicht mehr, obwohl dieser bisher mit den Geräten mitverkauft wurde: "kostenlos und immer verfügbar" hieß es bisher. Ich bin jetzt noch vor der Änderung in den FreePlan gekommen, wollte nun ein kleineres Paket testen, wurde aber prompt darauf hingewiesen, dass ich später nie wieder in einen FreePlan zurück könnte, weil es den nicht mehr gibt. Daher lasse ich das jetzt auch so.... werde mich aber nach einer Alternative umsehen. Cons Wir verwenden Timemoto nun seit über einem Jahr in der Cloudversion und es gibt ständig Probleme und Fehler. Auch fällt das Programm häufiger aus bzw. friert ein, die Verarbeitung neuer Daten bzw. Änderungen benötigen zum Teil mehrere Stunden. Das raubt Zeit und auch Nerven aktuell z. B. übernimmt das Programm keine neuen Urlaubseintragungen dazu muss ich nun den Support anschreiben und auf eine Antwort warten dies kann dann bis zu 24 Stunden dauern.
