My experience has been really positive and integrating it into my site was super easy.

Pros

I really like UserReports embeddable feedback widget, I had considered making my own tool which allows users to file bug reports and submit ideas but UserReport ticked all the boxes for what I needed. Users can easily add ideas and I can communicate with them with my thoughts.

Cons

Over the few years I've been using UserReport, i've found nothing that I don't like about the software. It fits all my needs.

Pros

1\. Can be easily integrated with websites to collect customer feedback. 2.Free Signup to understand and see the fitment for projects. 3. Standard Questions are available, users can of course add more as per need.

Cons

Not much cons, overall easy to use but most suited for bigger high traffic websites.
