This system works--it takes every step in the process and puts it in one place for easy, quick reference and accountability.

Pros

The comprehensive approach for requesting, documenting, and approving, and processing.

Cons

Search requests can be daunting. At times, this feature was difficult to obtain information I needed.

Overall experience has been positive. Our auditors love it. Pulling information is complete and easy giving confidence in process. No more lost paper. No more debating who lost what, when... Great accountability, security, researchability, etc.

Pros

I love the accountability that time date stamps and workflows provide, the fact that you can easily change and customize workflows to accommodate staff changes and leaves, information available quickly and easily, easy reporting out to excel for analysis, knowledgeable support.

Cons

No complaints. Opposition to change from users transitioning from paper are eventually overcome by the many assets.
