a empresa ha aumentado el precio de sus servicios un 44% (CUARENTA Y CUATRO %) este año (abril2026). Dicha "modificación" se "informó" el 20/dic/25 (víspera de vacaciones) mediante un mensaje en el que nos comentaban la baja en comisiones de pagos in app, otras tonterías y que la tarifa "SE AJUSTARIA" oportunamente. Esta forma de comunicación engañosa y falsa, junto con el "ajuste" de tarifas totalmente desproporcionado e injustificable es la realidad de la empresa. Desgraciadamente, estos productos son "comodities" que es indispensable tener en empresas como la mía hoy en día, por lo que estamos cautivos de los abusos a los que nos someten. Por lo demás, el producto es mediocre, customizado en muuuuchos módulos para los que hay que pagar independientemente (y seguir sumando a la factura) y muy difícil de personalizar según el modelo de gestión que uno tenga. Cuando me quejé por la factura, tuvieron la soberbia de objetar mis argumentos y justificarse.

Pros

He podido personalizar bastante bien la vista del horario semanal para el administrador y soporta una gran cantidad de clientes.

Cons

44% de aumento de precios en 2026 (contra el año anterior). Pobre diseño de la app versión móvil para administradores y usuarios. Diseño dividido en múltiples módulos a fin de que aún para el uso más básico haya que contratar varios de ellos, encareciendo el precio final. Muy difícil de personalizar según el modelo de gestión que uno tenga (por ej: flexibilidad para optar entre diversos tipos de bonos y mensualidades). El servicio de atención al cliente, como es habitual hoy día, consiste en un robot inútil y un chat de respuesta lenta. No hay teléfonos de contacto disponibles. A pesar de los servidores carísimos que según ellos han contratado, la app sigue siendo inestable a la hora de reflejar cambios (tarda en actualizarse, queda el pop up en blanco, etc)

Hola, Cecilia, lamentamos que te sientas así y entendemos que quisieras seguir con tu tarifa de 30€ como estos últimos años, pero no se ajusta a la realidad de los precios del mercado actual. Además, la regularización la hemos hecho incluyendo módulos que antes se pagaban (como el de Verifactu, cuyo valor ya equivale a la subida de precio en tu plan) y reduciendo comisiones por los cobros a través de la app. También es necesario aclarar que sí contamos con un equipo humano para atender a los ya más de 2300 centros que confían en TIMP. La IA en el Chat sirve para que tengáis una primera respuesta inmediata cualquier día a cualquier hora.

Pros

El módulo de Estadísticas es el apartado que más uso para el análisis de métricas. Es sencillo, mejorable, pero con las métricas básicas de control de negocio.

Cons

El apartado de CRM debería tener disparadores para enviar mails de marketing así como poder contactar vía WhatsApp con los clientes de forma automática.

Es la mejor app que se puede utilizar en un estudio de método Pilates y/o clínica. No solo por el excelente servicio al cliente y la infinidad de opciones que ofrece, sino también por los completos recursos administrativos y de contabilidad que pone a nuestra disposición. El servicio técnico es increíble, resuelve a diario todas las dudas que nos van surgiendo con una rapidez y eficacia excepcionales. La tenemos integrada en todos nuestros centros Xtensall y se ha convertido en una herramienta clave en nuestro funcionamiento diario.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de TIMP es: La facilidad de uso: es muy intuitivo, permite que todo el equipo se adapte rápido sin necesidad de largas formaciones. La gestión de reservas y horarios: el control de clases, ocupación y cambios es ágil y visual, ahorra muchísimo tiempo de organización. La comunicación con los clientes: recordatorios automáticos, mensajes y notificaciones que mejoran la experiencia del usuario y reducen ausencias. Los informes y estadísticas: ofrecen una visión muy clara del negocio para tomar decisiones con datos reales. El soporte técnico: rápido, cercano y resolutivo siempre que hemos necesitado ayuda. En resumen, TIMP se ha convertido en una herramienta clave para la gestión del centro y ha mejorado mucho nuestra organización interna y la experiencia de nuestros clientes.

Cons

Sinceramente, hasta el momento no he encontrado ninguna desventaja relevante. La herramienta cumple e incluso supera nuestras expectativas en el día a día, y cualquier pequeño detalle que pudiera mejorarse se ha ido puliendo con las actualizaciones y el soporte del equipo de TIMP.

Bastante mala. Te metes en la app con tus alumnos, para mejorar la gestion y ahorrar tiempo, pero te das cuenta que el tiempo que le dedicas a la app para configurarla y mantenerla, ademas de arreglar los fallos que provoca... este tiempo perdido a veces es mayor que el que utilizabamos antes cuando no disponiamos de app y gestionabamos "a mano". Lo peor, es que volver atras y salir de TIMP o irse a otra plataforma, supone tanto trabajo y tiempo, que uno no se anima a cambiarlo. Pero el año que viene no vamos a renovar. Cueste lo que cueste

Pros

Deberia ayudar a gestionar las asitencias, recuperaciones y demás asuntos de nuestro negocio. App completa, pero a la vez farragosa de aprender a usar, si no eres informatico o desarrollador.

Cons

Tiene fallos intermitentes, que pueden dar al traste con una buena organización. Los asistentes del chat intentan ayudar, pero muchos no están a la altura, y aveces saben menos que el propio usuario. Jamás he podido hablar con un encargado, o elevar una queja. Los asistentes filtran las quejas, y no llegan a ningun sitio. No atienden a reclamaciones, alegando que nosotros, las empresas que la utilizamos, no tenemos derecho a poner reclamaciones

Detallismo en la gestión de las reservas en las clases.

Cons

Poca empatia en el sentido de que si bien es una aplicación para pequeños usuarios no flexibiliza su politica de precios en periodos de inactividad de la empresa.

Timp ofrece una plataforma intuitiva y fácil de usar para gestionar reservas. Permite a los usuarios administrar horarios, disponibilidad y confirmaciones de manera eficiente, lo que resulta especialmente útil para negocios que dependen de la programación y citas

Cons

The daily management of the activities with the trainers in return proceeds successfully without major hitches. Customer support is not efficient and everything is managed via chat with Intercom, there is no problem management with ticketz so that requests are often lost. I find little knowledge of the dynamics of a fitness studio and this creates a lot of discomfort in the management of the support.

Pros

The software has a good and easy calendar management as well as having an excellent user experience for the mobile application.

Cons

I state that the software is Spanish therefore being Italian all the administrative and legislative management is currently not managed and in any case the team is very attentive to the development of new functions. There are no integrations with third party software so many communication and CRM activities are excluded. There is no possibility to manage automatic messages to customers according to certain conditions. It is not possible to make installment payments for services or to plan personalized payments. The administrative management of the customer is very basic and it often becomes difficult to extrapolate the necessary information relating to an account statement. Business statistics are very confusing and often do not provide what is necessary for my business.
