Pros Umfangreiches und trotz vielfältiger Funktionen gut zu bedienendes Webinartool, das ständig weiterentwickelt wird und auf die Bedürfnisse der User eingeht. Der Support ist erreichbar, extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und findet Lösungen. Die Technik / Übertragung läuft sehr stabil. Cons Aktuell gibt es keine unterschiedlichen Rollen für Moderatoren / Organisatoren und die rein Vortragenden / Referenten. Das führt schon mal dazu, dass der nicht so versierte Referent auf einen falschen Button klickt. Der neue Webinarraum ist attraktiv und bietet alle Möglichkeiten, die man für eine professionelle Webinargestaltung braucht. Wir nutzen nur die Webinare, dies aber regelmäßig mehrmals die Woche. Pros Das System funktioniert zuverlässig und intuitiv. Der Support ist hervorragend und schnell. Große und kleine Webinare lassen sich problemlos managen. Cons Vor einigen Jahren gab es noch Serverprobleme, die sind inzwischen praktisch nicht mehr vorhanden. Alles läuft stabil. Die mobile Nutzung auf allen Endgeräten (Handys und Tablets) würde ich mir wünschen. Auf manchen klappt es einwandfrei.
