Der Support ist erreichbar, extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und findet Lösungen. Die Technik / Übertragung läuft sehr stabil. Cons Aktuell gibt es keine unterschiedlichen Rollen für Moderatoren / Organisatoren und die rein Vortragenden / Referenten. Das führt schon mal dazu, dass der nicht so versierte Referent auf einen falschen Button klickt. Pros Das System funktioniert zuverlässig und intuitiv. Der Support ist hervorragend und schnell. Große und kleine Webinare lassen sich problemlos managen. Cons Vor einigen Jahren gab es noch Serverprobleme, die sind inzwischen praktisch nicht mehr vorhanden. Alles läuft stabil. Die mobile Nutzung auf allen Endgeräten (Handys und Tablets) würde ich mir wünschen. Auf manchen klappt es einwandfrei.
