Es ist eine große Freude mit dem Tool zu arbeiten. Referenten können sich auf die Inhalte konzentrieren und Teilnehmer sind zufrieden.

Pros

Umfangreiches und trotz vielfältiger Funktionen gut zu bedienendes Webinartool, das ständig weiterentwickelt wird und auf die Bedürfnisse der User eingeht. Der Support ist erreichbar, extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und findet Lösungen. Die Technik / Übertragung läuft sehr stabil.

Cons

Aktuell gibt es keine unterschiedlichen Rollen für Moderatoren / Organisatoren und die rein Vortragenden / Referenten. Das führt schon mal dazu, dass der nicht so versierte Referent auf einen falschen Button klickt. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass der Organisator die Funktionen für die Referenten individuell freigeben kann. Das ist aber Klagen auf SEHR hohem Niveau! ;-)

Wir haben seit Jahren gute Erfahrungen mit Edudip. Der neue Webinarraum ist attraktiv und bietet alle Möglichkeiten, die man für eine professionelle Webinargestaltung braucht. Wir nutzen nur die Webinare, dies aber regelmäßig mehrmals die Woche.

Pros

Das System funktioniert zuverlässig und intuitiv. Der Support ist hervorragend und schnell. Große und kleine Webinare lassen sich problemlos managen.

Cons

Vor einigen Jahren gab es noch Serverprobleme, die sind inzwischen praktisch nicht mehr vorhanden. Alles läuft stabil. Die mobile Nutzung auf allen Endgeräten (Handys und Tablets) würde ich mir wünschen. Auf manchen klappt es einwandfrei.

Pros

Im Rahmen der Schulsozialarbeit bieten wir es als Ergänzung zu Präsenzterminen an. Somit war es sehr wichtig, dass es DSGVO- konform ist. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist auch top! Die Bedienung ist einfach und war für alle im Team schnell umsetzbar. Die Möglichkeiten der Breakout Rooms oder den Bildschirm zu teilen waren oftmals sehr hilfreich.

Cons

Ich würde mir mehr Auswahl bei den virtuellen Hintergründen wünschen. Darüber hinaus fällt mir nichts ein. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Eine einfach zu nutzende Software für Webinar-Anbieter und Teilnehmer. Super ist, dass sich die Software den Fachdozenten sehr leicht erklären lässt und somit eine Erstnutzung für die Fachdozenten immer gleich ein Erfolgserlebnis ist.

Wir arbeiten sehr gerne mit dem Meeting-Room.

Cons

Leider sind nicht alle Funktionen am Mac verfügbar.

Web- und Meetings sind kinderleicht zu starten. Landingpage für Webinare macht Freude.

Cons

Manchmal fehlt bei neuen Nutzern die üblichen Voreinstellungen, die bei anderen Anwendungen schon vorhanden sind. Bildqualität bei Meetings könnte besser werden. Es fehlt noch die Übernahme der Einwahldaten in den versendetet Kalendereintrag
