Logiciel simple d'utilisation, qui permet d'aller très loin dans la gestion des avis mais surtout dans l'analyse de la satisfaction client grâce à la nouvelle analyse sémantique. Un accompagnement au top, toujours dispo !

Pros

Logiciel ultra intuitif et ergonomique. Pratiquement 90% de ma gestion d'e-réputation est automatisé. Je n'ai jamais besoin de m'en soucier. Que ce soit la collecte d'avis ou la réponse aux avis, tout se fait automatiquement.

Cons

Pas la possibilité de publier ou faire des posts directement sur les réseaux sociaux pour mettre en avant les avis.

L'interface pas toujours très intuitive et assez vieillissante sur certains écrans de l'outil

Pros

L'enquête est personnalisable et permet d'aborder tous les points nécessaires au recueil de l'avis client. La version booster est un vrai plus. Il est très facile de répondre aux avis déposés par les clients. Le service client est plutôt réactif et vous accompagne si vous rencontrez des problèmes dans la configuration ou l'envoi d'enquêtes.

Cons

Attention à bien rentrer les bonnes informations lors de l'import pour avoir un suivi des clients que vous allez solliciter à plusieurs reprises.
