Unlike most EHR programs, my providers actually see more patients a day due to the ease of use and customization of the program Pros The ease of use and customization of templates Additional modules for Pathology, Telemedicine, and MIPS reporting are available MIPS Scores are always close to 100% due to the design of the program Assists with proper ICD-10 coding and use of modifiers Excellent technical support staff and staff training Cons There is really nothing I don't like about the software. I bit difficult to navigate the system. Pros The best feature is the help that is readily available and willing Cons The cumbersome way to find a pt, many times it says pt does not exist unless I put the name a certain way. Need to change and make it easier. Reasons for choosing MD Charts The support was very difficult to understand but they were very reasonable at $80 a month and since my practice is very small with about 8-10 pts a week, the price was a serious consideration.
