I use it everyday ! It helps to follow the operations and predict the level of cash. Pros I discovered Agicap 1.5 years ago, at a time where following the cash was absolutely key to our business. Agicap has been super helpful with that. Moreover, the app has been improved since the beginning. I use it all the time to follow the results and the cash of the company. The customer support team is good, but sometimes a bit overwhelmed. Cons Our bank connexion sometimes breaks, which is annoying. Even if you are a small company like ours, the licensing costs can be very high if you are operating with more than two bank accounts and you need to manage the cash of two companies at the same time. Agicap is a really good tool that is continuing to evolve and has the potential to offer our business even more cash management and financial insight. Customer service and their attentiveness is fantastic. Pros Agicap has proven to be a huge time-saving tool by automating the analysis and categorisation of bank transactions to assist with our monitoring of cash flow management and forecasting. Customer support has been fantastic, with any queries being addressed and resolved promptly. Cons There has been an occasional need to re-sync with the bank although this has become less onerous of late. There have been a few instances where transactions were missed or duplicated within Agicap which required support. We often feel that our understanding of Agicap's full functionality is lacking and that we're therefore not utilising the system to it's full potential to benefit our business. Wir nutzen die Dashboards für weitere Auswertungen (beispielsweise Entwicklung der Kosten in einer bestimmten Kategorie über die Jahre), die Ermittlung von Kennzahlen sowie zum Aggregieren bestimmter Konten. Unser Feedback, z.B. in Bezug auf zukünftige Funktionen und Features, wird dankend angenommen - vieles davon wurde inzwischen auch umgesetzt. Wir wurden von Anfang an sehr gut betreut und konnten die Software zeitnah implementieren. La sua interfaccia utente intuitiva rende la navigazione piacevole e senza sforzi, anche per chi, come me, non è un esperto in finanza. La funzionalità di previsione di Agicap è stata una vera e propria game-changer per me. La capacità di analizzare le tendenze passate e anticipare i flussi di cassa futuri mi ha fornito una prospettiva chiara sullo stato finanziario della mia azienda, consentendomi di prendere decisioni informate e strategiche. Cons L'aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda la velocità di caricamento delle pagine all'interno del software. A volte, ho notato che potrebbe richiedere un po' più di tempo del previsto per passare da una sezione all'altra o per visualizzare i dati dettagliati. IMPIEGATA Renewables & Environment Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "semplicità di utliizzo" February 6, 2024 4.0 lo uso tutti i giorni per vedere i pagamenti dei ns clienti, tutto sommato, a parte le descrizioni in cui le parole e i nominativi vengono spezzati, mi trovo bene Pros semplicità di utilizzo e consultazione, Cons personalmente quando cerco il pagamento di un cliente, trovo un pò antipatico che nella descrizione spesso il cognome del cliente che ha effettuato il bonifico, viene spezzato, questo fa si che quando nella barra di ricerca inserisco il cognome del cliente per vedere se ha pagato, ad esempio il Sig. Montalbano, non lo trovo, perchè poi figura come M, ONTALBANO... questo non è del tutto invalidante, ma comporta perdita di tempo nella ricerca. Review Source AR Angelo R. Ha un'interfaccia molto intuitiva e semplice da utilizzare, ben costruita in modo da avere tutta la tua finanza aziendale a portata di mano. Cons La cosa che mi piace meno riguarda alcuni aspetti tecnici. Ci sono molte funzioni che, nonostante siano state rilasciate, sono ancora non performanti e creano numerosi bug.
