facile intuizione ed utilizzo, assistenza molto valida e veloce ci ha aiutatto moltissimo nella gesione quotidiana delle operazioni

Ci piacerebbe che venisse studiato meglio per le operazioni italiane come ad esempio l'iva a volte riscontriamo che mancano delle implementazioni molto basilari che potrebbero aiutare e facilitare l'utilizzo

\- Google Sheet Nutzung und Importmöglichkeit - Flexibles Kategorienmanagement - Vorabanalyse anhand der bereits kategorisierten Buchungen - Szenariomanagement - Fällige, nicht beglichene Zahlungen sollten dauerhaft bis zum unmittelbaren Zahlungsfluss berücksichtigt werden

E' utile avere visibilità in un unico posto, di tutte le transazioni effettuate, e della cassa totale.

Cons

Alcuni punti da migliorare/implementare sono: - sincronizzazione con carte Revolut --> avviene con un ritardo di circa 24/48 ore rispetto alla data di transazione - Sincronizzazione American Express --> a meno che non sia stato implementato, al momento le transazioni american express non sono sincronizzate su Agicap.

Agicap ha molte funzionalità , alcune anche oltre le mie normali necessità , quelle che utilizzo comunque semplificano notevolmente le attività che prima eseguivo in excel

Cons

Sicuramente ha un prezzo importante , però è anche rapportato alle tante funzionalità e continue crescite che ha ed è sicuramente seguito da persone valide e sempre disponibili

Agicap è uno strumento molto importante per ogni tipo di azienda per tenere sotto controllo la liquidità e non trovarsi in spiacevoli situazioni

Pros

Agicap mi permette di monitorare in tempo reale la mia tesoreria; mi da una panoramica a 360 gradi della mia situazione contabile e per ultimo ma non per importanza mi permette di fare delle previsioni

Cons

quello che per me può essere un lato negativo è il non poter importare in automatico i corrispettivi, così come avviene per le fatture da cassetto fiscale.

spezifische Anpassungen z.b. Importfunktionen - sehr träge bei Anfragen. Im Onboarding war es sehr gut umgestetzt. (am gleichen Tag). Bei dem Kundenservice benötigt es 1 Woche

Agicap è fondamentale per avere tutti i conti correnti sotto controllo, impostare degli scenari per valutare futuri investimenti e analizzare la liquidità aziendale

Cons

Alcuni bug ogni tanto infastidiscono e ci vorrebbe un maggior automatismo nella chiusura automatica delle fatture con i relativi flussi bancari.

Es gibt keine Nachteile nur Wünsche. Die Abstimmung soll zukünftig über die Bank funktionieren! :)

Tout allait bien jusqu'à la souscription de modules supplémentaires (paiements, dépenses par cartes, fournisseurs...). Cela fait 4 mois que nous sommes dans le paramétrage qui se veut être un échec total. Nous payons et nous n'avons pas le service. A cela s'ajoute un service client très long, absent, sans solutions... Bref, il est donc compliqué de recommander Agicap pour notre PME.

Cons

Difficolta in alcuni momenti della sincronizzazione delle banche, ma molto di rado e impossibilità di caricare autonomamente le fatture scadute sul CashCollect
