La facilitée d’utiliser la fonction caisse l’ agenda et stock. ! Le côté colorer et la mise en page.

Ce que j’ ai le moins apprécié c’ est l’ utilisation du site internet pas facile de mettre du contenu Il faut toujours passer par quelqu un

Logiciel SAAS simple à configurer et à utiliser, intuitif même pour des employés peu habitués à l’utilisation d’une application métier

Pros

Logiciel très adapté à la gestion d’un salon de massage bien-être avec principalement gestion des rdv, mails sms de relance, gestion des agendas des équipes, facturation, achat en ligne, carte cadeau, abonnement. Déploiement d’un site web performant. D’autres fonctions disponibles mais que je n’utilise pas (stocks et fournisseurs car pas d’enjeu pour moi)

Cons

Quelques bugs isolés à la création de carte cadeau qui nécessite une reprise manuelle Pas d’extraction sur le solde des abonnements non consommés

Vous avez envoyé Je déconseille fortement d’utiliser ce logiciel. Après vous avoir encaissé un abonnement à l’année je me retrouve bien dans l’embarras avec le logiciel qui ne fonctionne pas je vous explique : la société RDV 360 refuse de me rembourser mon abonnement alors que le logiciel ne répond pas du tout aux attentes comme prévu sur leur site, effectivement si vous avez un trop grand nombre de clients dans votre base de données vous ne pouvait pas exporter votre fichier clients pour pouvoir les travailler, lorsque je demande pourquoi on me dit Monsieur vous avez trop de clients … la génération de chèques cadeaux ne fonctionne pas non plus un message d’erreur apparaît vous êtes obligés d’actualiser la page pour que cela fonctionne… attention si vous recherchez un client dans votre base client, vous ne pouvait pas taper son prénom est son nom il faut entrer son nom de famille et rechercher dans la liste le client, attention également vous ne pouvait pas prendre de rendez-vous en duo simultanément comparé à d’autres concurrents, quand à l’utilisation du paiement en ligne une vraie catastrophe j’ai utilisé ce logiciel pendant une semaine aucun suivi de la part de rendez-vous 360 du coup tous mes clients qui ont commandé pendant une semaine sont vus rembourser leurs payement.En gros à logiciel qui ne fonctionne pas et ne société qui ne respecte pas ses engagements je trouve cela honteux

Keine Auswahl an Sprachen. Sollte in den gängigsten Sprachen für mich in Deutsch vorhanden sein.
