RemoteDesk es una herramienta muy util para trabajo remoto, soporte técnico, configuración de estaciones de trabao y aplicaciones.

Pros

La capacidad de realizar teletrabajo mediante conexión remota como si estuvieses frente a tu mismo equipo. Es muy estable, y contiene funciones muy utiles.

Cons

Hay cierto lag aunque el equipo y el ancho de banda sea suficiente, tarda un poco en ejecutar la apertura de programas remotos pero una vez abiertos es muy estable.

Pros

What I like about the software is that it's non intrusive in my opinion and it really comes in handy when you want to go in and help a user out. It's very lightweight compared to other softwares I used and it seems to be very stable.

Cons

There really isn't anything about the software that I don't like other than it's not that easy to tell when you can't connect, why.
