High team participation with 50.4% engaged daily with the HealthChase Game and Platform. Significant increases in social connection, interaction and team resilience. General health; teamwork opportunity and improved energy levels were the biggest engagement drivers Teamwork was the most enjoyed aspect of the Game followed by feeling the health benefits and consciousness around lifestyle choices. Supporting the Cluster, followed by improving health and wellbeing levels and the live scoreboard were the main drivers of positive behavior change. 76% of Stores would play again Pros \- The software is intuitive - Opportunity for social engagement and interaction (through photo boards, cluster chats etc - As an administrator the ability to view all games being played simultaneously - Ability to access the HealthChase game from mobile phones or personal device - Ability to push notifications - Ability to tailor / customize to our business needs and comms style Cons \- Unable to individually add scores for daily inputs (due to privacy act and not being able to provide personal email addresses for staff). Reasons for choosing HealthChase The software product itself was a very good option given our staff population and distribution. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and all the staff at HealthChase were exceptionally professional, helpful and accommodating throughout all stages of the project, and therefore I would not hesitate to recommend their business or software services. We're now looking at how we can expand our activities even further. Pros Its easy to use and very interactive. We have a lot of frontline staff with minimal experience online and they've found it very easy to use. The system has helped us create a lot of new and exciting engagement with our staff and broader teams. Cons There's been no downside. One of the best parts about the software is that, when an opportunity for improvement is realised, the HealthChase team have been extremely helpful in realising these opportunities and enhancing the experience for ourselves and our teams. The game provides a great way for people to team up and interact across geographical boundaries (Melbourne, Sydney, London) and have fun with each other while improving their health and wellbeing, all without taking any additional time in their day. Pros The fact that everyone in our company who played the Healthchase games had fun, got right into it and felt better and so much more engaged because of it. Every few months the staff keep badgering me to play again! Also it takes basically zero extra time out of anyone's day because a) it's really simple, and b) it's just about stuff you do every day anyway (eating, sleeping, exercising) and about the simple choices around these things that make a big difference to your health and wellbeing. We had around 90% of our team engaging every day of a 4 week game, which was orders of magnitude better than any other initiatives we've tried. Cons I didn't win! And I keep getting staff badgering me asking when the next game is. Seriously, there was nothing I didn't like Reasons for choosing HealthChase As above. Couldnt recommend more highly! Cons The software met all our requirements thankfully. Reasons for choosing HealthChase HealthChase seemed far simpler for end users to use, with more engaging content.
