I'll rate the experience as 70%. Pros I like the fact that it is easy to use. Also it gives a breakdown of the previous day sales. Cons What I don't like about it, One can't save an order and come back to it on the web page. You can't edit an order that has been completed by either refunding or adding a product to the other. Refunds are definitely possible for completed orders in all the FooSales apps and we don't allow editing of products in completed orders for audit/paper trail reasons. The connection errors you mentioned shouldn't be happening so there might be an issue or conflict with another plugin on your website. It has been a real pleasure to deal with their support team, they are a talented bunch. Pros No more multiple databases and synchronization plugins. Online and in-store sales work as one. Cons Due to the nature of the software, its implementation is a little different and complicated. But the tutorials are very good and great support is right there to help you through it. It's a tad slower to process Square payments than the native Square app. Switched from [Square Point of Sale](https://www.capterra.com/p/275802/Square-Point-of-Sale/) Keeping two inventories synced is too difficult. We were waiting for FooSales to integrate a credit card processor and they started with Square, which was perfect for us. Cons The one missing feature would be having the app (even in a simple form) available for iphone. For simple/small transactions on days where I'm not physically in the shop (market / fair / etc) it would be heaven to simply use my iphone and not to have to use my laptop (yes, I know I can use a tablet but don't have one right now), and the iphone is always with me.
