### "Great for Multi Family Property"

My residents have been so extremely happy with the option of paying online. It has made their life so much easier as most of them are students.

Pros

The ease of using the backend is really easy to teach. It's also very easy to navigate. It also makes leasing with people out of state much easier to pay deposits, etc...

Cons

I would like to see about integrating on an older system of rental records. I would like to see about the possibility of extending access to overseas customers :)

Pros

User has full control. Options are well laid out. Have the option to add users and give them control as needed.

Cons

Not mobile friendly. Sometimes gets confusing. Passwords requirements are way too much

continued from above. 3) EFX should have more than one option for the accounts attached to a TID. For example, if I wish to have the Vault Cash go to one account, and a Reg-E settlement go to another, I should be able to do that. right now that is not an option. It is with other ATM processors, but not EFX. 2) Any action on Sibi Systems that changes the overall setup or status of an account should automatically trigger the system to send out an email to any and all managers of that TID.

Pros

1) The website itself if very simple, and EFX does seem to give it's users and ATM Company operators more autonomy on the website to complete required tasks for different ATM Accounts/TID's. This is extremely beneficial in order to get a TID up and running on the spot and as quickly as possible. 2) Interchange buy rates are better than the market average, but EFX should capitalize on this by making them even better in order to gain a better share of the market.

Cons

1) EFX use to allow individual ATM operators to process their own merchant bank accounts. Recently that access has been revoked back up to EFX Customer Support. One, this slows down my ability to process merchant accounts, and two, I have had more than one occasion where the EFX representative made a mistake with the account number, which I then had to contact to rectify. This change put a huge work load on those EFX representatives, that was not there before. When they have this huge new workload, they will speed through it and make mistakes with the account numbers. I, as an individual operator, have the time resources to thoroughly check, recheck and double check those account numbers to make sure they are correct. 2) EFX controls the Interchange Buy Rates completely. I cannot control and manage the rate beyond the rate that I'm given. Let me explain. I currently have a 9 cent buy rate. I have brought other operators under me with EFX, and gave them a buy rate that is 13 cents. The benefit to me is the different between the 9 cents and 12 cents. Meaning i make 3 cents for each transaction of other operators i bring. However, i cannot control and manage that difference. I had to work with EFX for 4 months on one project of another operator i brought to the platform before the right interchange rate was given to that operator. That is a huge waste of time for me and for EFX, and it's something that drives away those new operators.

Reason for choosing EFX

Better autonomy online and better interchange buy-rates.

### "ATM processing works, except when it doesn't....will cost you time and money."

Several major platform failures the last 2 years left ATM clients with weeks of failed transactions or settlement inaccuracies. EFX Customer service never provides ISOs a heads up when there is a problem, instead time is wasted trying to trouble shoot, and clients are alienated. A few honest an sympathetic employees offer a "I'm sorry", but otherwise management is extremely negligent in providing ISOs with ANY information necessary to weather a problem. I'm certain EFX is afraid of liability if they admit a problem, so the ISO's takes on the burden. Repeated requests to talk to management for a possible resolution are ignored. If not so much trouble to switch to another processor, would do so in an instant. There are plenty of other more ethical and forthcoming ATM processing options.

Pros

Reports are plentiful, but reconciling nearly impossible, because reports flip flop between business day and banking day.

Cons

When there's a problem, the ISO is left in the dark holding the bag, with unhappy ATM customers. There is no explanation from EFX.. No timeline offered for correction.

The thing that EFX taught us was how much we needed a payment processing application and what we needed it to do. It was much easier picking the next one we used

Pros

I like the customizable reports. This was helpful in tracking sales and payments. There are no subscription fees, its a one time payment so that is out of the way without added monthly charges.

Cons

This software did not fit our needs at all. I think it may be designed for a larger company. We needed a lot more function from a payment processing and accounting app. There was no mobile integration so on the go payments were too difficult and it got frustrating just trying to sign in.

Reason for choosing EFX

I wasn't aware there were payment processing applications for a business the size of ours at the time. We saw an ad on a trade site at the same time we were talking about needing something like this so we just tried it. We have since learned a lot but this was out "first".

### "It not the SW its support"

I have been with EFX for almost 5 years. They have a big problem with support and responsiveness. On many occasions I would send an email with questions or inquiries and would never hear back even after I follow up. You almost have to beg them for a yearly disputes report and they would drag you for weeks before providing mediocre report lacking any valuable information or explanation.

Pros

the new SW is Easy to use and visually intuitive

Cons

maybe add more color coding to terminal status. Disputes status need more explanation.
