### "Excellent partnership working and imagination"

May 4, 2022

4.0

We are still at relatively early stages of implementing Radar but to date my experience has been truly excellent. Real partnership working is evident in understanding our vision for the system and its role in quality assurance and improvement across our hospital trust. The thirst for innovation is inspiring and we have shared values in this respect which is very important to build confidence that the system will be delivered to meet our requirements.

Pros

Designed with flexibility in mind, excellent analytics and opportunity for continuously developing its application within our quality management systems.

Cons

Limited current audit module - but this is being successfully addressed through the Audit version 2 module currently in Beta version and with which we've been involved in its testing.

Reason for choosing Radar Healthcare

In built flexibility of modules, events in particular, to help 'future proof' the system without complicated or costly future unknown costs. Also the ability to join up many aspects of quality governance previously managed in multiple other systems or formats and to link actions arising from those different areas into consolidated improvement plans.
