What I like the most is the time I save during the recruiting process using it but also that you can see the candidates before meet them and ask all of them the same questions to make sure the technical part of the process is fair. Using Hireflix has allowed applicants to apply on their own time & allows us to review on our own time, skipping around or re-watching parts as needed. It's a great solution for both sides. Pros Hireflix is the best solution out there for easy, intuitive asynchronous video interviews. It's affordable, and really easy to use for both hiring managers and interviewees. It supports unlimited questions, unlike competing apps in this space. It's also more affordable. You can get setup in minutes and it integrates seamlessly with mainstream applicant tracking systems like Workable. Cons Nothing comes to mind with things I would've improved/things I disliked. After setting up and starting sending invites for interviews, I was happy to see candidates replying very fast and feeling comfortable with this interviewing model. I found myself being able to evaluate way more candidates in a short time than ever before! The scoring system is also very useful. Cons For our usecase where we used Hireflix for recruiting of bluecollar workforce for our clients, mandatory Email id was a friction point as bluecollar candidates in India do not remember their mail id sometimes.
