### "Hireflix Review - Excellent Preliminary Interview Screening Tool "

5 stars all the way! Easy to set up an account, tutorials on the website make it simple to get going, and the result is that we have already hired one candidate, and are about to launch another recruiting campaign using Hireflix as a preliminary screening tool. It makes reviewing resumes and getting initial interviews recorded on video a painless process - whereas previously it would require a tremendous amount of time, coordination, no-show interviews, disappointing interviews, etc. Don't hesistate to give it a shot, it won't disappoint!

Pros

Ease of setting up and the ability for our entire team to review preliminary interview videos and rate candidates' answers. We have used it to hire one candidate already, and are on track to use it for a second hire this month. Helps to cut out the scheduling conflicts of preliminary virtual interviews by allowing the recipient to answer interview questions on their own schedule. Excellent product!

Cons

So far I don't have any issues with the platform at all, works even better than I had hoped. There is a very small learning curve to be able to post video questions, and the tutorials on the website make it easy to get over that curve.

Pros

really nice & easy to use - was able to ask my top 25 applicants to send in videos interviews - I really like the way I could tailor the task: intro video (from me), followed by specific interview questions and I could choose how long the thinking time was and how many takes to allow

Cons

can't think of anything - the platform was easy to use and did the job brilliantly - even telling me if the appplicants had received/opened my email, and where they had filmed themselves from (super useful!)

amazing, absolutely helpful and unique, so many other similar programs out there that it's great to find one that still values human connection and experience.

Pros

I've had the pleasure of using Hireflix as an assignment for my university course Dynamic Presence, where students work on better presentation and representation in person and in online formats. Because the job world has evolved around online interviews and automated ones, it gives students a real-world practice in being proactive and productive with how they engage online when their interviewer is not actively present. The team is also AMAZING, real humans, and it's been lovely working with this company.

I loved using Hireflix and will continue to use this service. It saved our small organization lots of time and energy reviewing candidates and only formally interviewing those we felt were the perfect fit.

Pros

As a small organization this was incredibly helpful to act as a screener that I could review in my own time before booking formal interviews. It was easy to use and worked very well!

Cons

A few folks noted the invite went to their junk mail, however that wasn't consistent to all who were invited and we could see who opened their invites.

Pros

Cons

Hireflix made the hiring process significantly easier for my dermatology office. I received over 80 applicants and was able to review responses at my own pace. The platform was intuitive and efficient, and the candidates responded positively to the format. I ended up hiring a great medical assistant and may hire another based on the strong applicant pool.

Pros

The asynchronous video interview format saved me hours of scheduling and screening. I was able to send a link via LinkedIn, and applicants could respond on their own time. It made it easy to compare candidates side-by-side and helped me quickly narrow down to top choices. It was also a better experience for the applicants.

Cons

It would be helpful if there were a mobile app or a slightly more streamlined interface for reviewing video responses on a smartphone. But overall, there’s not much to complain about.

Pros

The efficiency. Being able to review interviews asynchronously has saved us countless hours. The transcript feature and internal note-sharing make collaboration so much easier. The product design is also excellent—minimal, fast, and intuitive. It’s clear that the team behind Hireflix has put a lot of thought into solving real recruitment problems.

Cons

Not much to complain about. Perhaps the reporting and analytics could offer a few more insights, but this is definitely not a dealbreaker.

Hireflix saved me and my team so much time and hassle! Out of the candidates that scored well on testing and resumes, we were able to eliminate HALF of the interviews by using Hireflix. That saved me, the candidates, and my team so much time. We hired faster thanks to Hireflix.

It was EASY to set up and execute. I could set it up one time and use it repeatedly. I like the time limits the prospects have for answering the questions.

Cons

I don't recall things I didn't like about the system. It worked very easily and smoothly for me and my team.

Absolutely amazing. Hireflix allowed for our organization to have a streamlined process. Not only did it allow for us to achieve multiple interviews in a very fast and easy way, but it also provided our interviewers with true sense of professionalism which we really appreciated.

Pros

The website was extremely easy to use and had amazing technical features. From the transcript, to setting a time limit on responses, to sending follow up emails, and everything in between, Hireflix was amazing. Overall, the process allowed for us to complete 200+ interviews in the span of a day, saving us not only time but, of course, money.

Cons

There was nothing that I least liked about Hireflix. I asked every recruiter that worked with the software and there was not one negative comment.

It is more of an issue with Indeed, but the public link doesn't work for indeed candidates so you have to email them the interview request directly.

Problem: The hiring process takes time. A lot of time. Secondary problem: if you try to streamline it and make the interviews via text, you lose the "vibes" portion of an interview that is so critical.Solution: Hireflix. Absolute GAME CHANGER for me. It's streamlined, customizable. But most importantly it solved both issues listed above. I saved hours and hours (ultimately DAYS) of my life...but the video interview submissions allowed me to understand the "vibes" of an applicant, which is critical!. Tremendous.

Pros

What I like best about Hireflix is how easy it is to customize the process.For a real, actual example--I needed to truly know how well a potential hire knew the ins and outs of their specialty. I was able to adjust the settings to allow for 0 seconds of thinking time and no re-do's. While this may not be necessary for some, it was critical for me, as it allowed me to get an understanding of how innate & natural the interviewee's knowledge was.

Cons

Nothing. I tuly have zero changes I would make. It is incredible.

Our team loves seeing the candidates, if they follow the instructions on the intro video, and hearing them tell of their experiences and how they handle answering questions on the spot. We hire in the home service sector, and it is essential for technicians to have excellent customer service skills and to be able to answer questions on the spot. Hireflix lets us see how they respond in real time. Hireflix also allows you to see if they took the time to make themselves presentable if they seem to have a genuine interest in the job. If they are the candidate, you would feel comfortable representing your brand/company in the community.

Pros

Very simple, Hireflix saves us countless hours by not spending time interviewing candidates that look good on their application but cannot answer important questions about their experience or how they would handle a situation.

Cons

Hirefix has been a complete solution for our team, we love all aspects of the product and the support is amazing.

I manage roles across multiple time zones and for various clients. Using Hireflix has removed the tedious chore of trying to find windows that work for both me and the candidate. With Hireflix I am able to invite my selected candidates to interview at a time that is most convenient to them and then I am able to review their interviews when most convenient to me, as well. It has saved me time and speed to client which is a must when working in this industry. I'm also able to provide a greater client experience by providing my client's with the video interview footage so they can also evaluate the caliber of the candidate. Overall, the experience has been positive for candidates, me, and my clients who are happy to have a peak of what their potential lineup looks like. And the customer experience with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team has been flawless!

Pros

I shared feedback with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] regarding the recruiter experience as I have my own firm and manage multiple roles and clients, which differs from many softwares because they tend to be geared to one big company as opposed to a recruitment firm. The feedback that I provided to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] regarding creating a branded experience based on each role vs based on my account (i.e., Marketing Manger @ Acme Company, Financial Analyst @ Big Bank USA) was implemented so no complaints now!

I signed up for Sparkhire primarily to use one-way hiring. I didn't have an interest in using it for any other purpose other than having candidates interview on their own time. There were a few reasons that prompted me to choose Hireflix: 1) I felt the candidate journey was much too cumbersome. I didn't like that the candidate had to create an account to begin interviewing. The candidates I tend to interview have very limited time to begin with and asking them to sign up for yet another service seemed like a turn off to me. 2) Under Sparkhire's most basic paid plan, candidate responses on the one way interviews (which is the sole reason I signed up) was maxed at 3 min, which was too short for the types of questions I was asking. 3) In order to increase the allotted response time, I was going to have to upgrade to the next level which was more expensive and still did not provide me with an acceptable amount of time I wanted my candidates to have.

I would say time-saving and easy to use.

Pros

I found the platform very easy to navigate and use. It requires minimal time to onboard colleagues to the platform. I also like that links for video submissions could be shared along with the ability to include comments and ratings for candidates. I like that we were able to include our brand logo, which made the interviews look more professional. The customer service is also great.

Cons

I wish for the invitation emails to candidates; could include the band signature and the logo at the end of the email. This would make it look more professional.

Pros

I really like that Hireflix is saving time on our recruitment process as phone/ video screenings are not required anymore. It is so helpful that we can filter candidates right in the first instance as we can ask main questions to those candidates and know first if they are a fit for the role or not. Plus, as you can set a time window to have candidates send the video interview, you can also evaluate how engaged/ interested those people are in applying for that job. Currently, I'm using hireflix also as a "talent pool" - for some roles we have a recruiting plan per month, which means that we can send hireflix to everyone and review it when hiring dates are close coming.

Cons

To be honest, I haven't found any downside of using hireflix so far.

Hireflix is our go-to platform to record video interviews for candidates applying for jobs through our platform, talenting. Our candidates also find Hireflix very easy to use.

Pros

I love the fact that Hireflix is extremely straightforward. The app does what it is meant to do, has a simple interface and is very stable. We were previously using SparkHire, which is a very good platform, but not nearly as simple, user-friendly and reliable. Not to mention the customer support, which is superb.

Cons

If I am completely honest, we did have a glitch in our first month due to a payment processing error, but perhaps the aspect worth highlighting here is Hireflix's outstanding customer support. The problem was sorted in a few hours.

Before Hireflix, we had to allocate professionals and disturb them with interviews using tools like Zoom. Hireflix allowed us to scale, and we don't need experience interviewers anymore, only experienced graders, which is different and easy to scale too since we give them the proper documentation to do the job. It was a game-changing service for our business that allowed us to scale fast.

Pros

Extremely fast to create interviews and super easy for the candidates simultaneously, the best of both worlds. I would feel bad if I didn't add to this answer their excellent support, one of the best I had, fast and efficient.

Cons

Everything they commit, they give us, and the platform works perfectly. I would like to have more features my business requires, such as audio interviews or dynamic interview creation.

Selección de personal sin necesidad de entrevistas presenciales de filtrado realizada de manera asíncrona y transparente de tal modo que tanto el entrevistado como la empresa y el entrevistador salen ganando.

Hireflix ha supuesto una auténtica revolución para nosotros en temas de contratación de personal. Ahorra mucho tiempo pues no tienes que hacer largas entrevistas de filtrado, una y otra vez la misma, entrevista en la que para empezar tienes que contar quienes sois y que de tanto contarlo tú mismo lo haces aburrido. Una historia que se agota de tanto contarla y que hace que la acabes contando sin pasión. En un mundo en el que el talento es tan caro de encontrar Hireflix te lo acerca porqué solo tienes que contar una vez cual es tu compañía, una sola vez y grabarlo, revisarlo y asegurarte de que es claro, de que expresas con ilusión y fortaleza quienes sois y que es un pitch que funciona. No olvidemos nunca que cuando estamos fichando en realidad estamos compitiendo por el talento y tenemos que vender las bondades de la empresa. Solo por eso ya merecería la pena. Lo siguiente es que dejas las preguntas grabadas en vídeo, lo mismo, no tienes que hacer las preguntas una docena de veces, solo una vez, las haces, la grabas, las revisas y las publicas o las repites, en una interfaz simple y fácil de usar. Una vez lo has hecho le envías a los usuarios un enlace para que contesten tus preguntas y te las grabes en vídeo, por consideración a ellos hice la prueba de como funcionaba y es ridículamente sencillo. Nosotros hemos enviado unas 50 entrevistas en el último proceso de selección y 38 de ellos han contestado, para mi es una gran media, y lo que es mejor, me ahorra entrevistar

Cons

Un detalle menor he echado de menos que es que en el envío de los emails no podía diferenciar entre nombre y apellido y eso me ha dificultado hablar de tú o de usted, y pese a que no es grave algo tenía que quejarme, ¿No? La verdad es que todo es mejorable, siempre, el tema no es lo que le falta, sino lo que suma, lo que suma es tanto que ponerle más cosas me parece un sin sentido.
