Pros Sin dudarlo, lo mejor es la posibilidad de valorar determinadas competencias del candidato de forma tan inmediata ahorrando mucho tiempo a los reclutadores. Superada la primera barrera de novedad, cuando el candidato accede a hacer la videoentrevista lo hace en un entorno más relajado y sin los nervios de la presencialidad o la videollamada. June 6, 2023 5.0 We are a small team of selectors (started with one and now two) and don't have enough capacity to cover with one-on-one interviews the number of candidates we receive so in order to narrow down our selection funnel we introduced video interviews at Hireflix. It helped us save time and also motivated candidates to research the organization while answering the questions (since they are related) which is not possible during the one-on-one. Pros The most helpful thing for our organization, after we started using Hireflix, was how it saves our small team's resources and helps select candidates that best match our profile. Especially when power outages were throughout Ukraine this winter, it helped both candidates and us to not feel threatened by the tight deadline and record/check answers whenever we had access to the internet. Having the interviews recorded allows us to quickly review the interviews and to do it on our schedules. Hireflix also gives our clients flexibility so they can record their interviews on their schedules.Additionally, Hireflix regularly checks in with us to see if we have any issues and check on our experiences. I highly recommend Hireflix! Pros The ease of use for us as administrators and for our clients is essential. Our clients may be using video recording for the first time and Hireflix makes it a seamless and non-stressful experience. The interview preview is also a great feature so we can see how the interview will be presented to the user.Another feature that is useful is the fact that the interview invitations don't expire. The product is excellent and revolutionized our hiring process making it so much more efficient and better for eager candidates to jump right in without having to wait for calendar availability. I love that they pay attention to user feedback to keep adding features and that there aren't any uneccesary features. It's an easy experience for candidates, and they've included a lot of details that make candidates feel reassured like a note confirming we've received their interview, countdown timers, the questions in written format, etc. Pros The platform is extremely user-friendly. We were able to seamlessly include many members of our staff in our hiring process without having to create individual accounts. Sharing candidate interviews, notes, and information is so easy with shareable links. We also love the automated invitation and reminder system built in. Cons Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I am able to realise very quickly whether or not the candidate is a fit and I can cut the interview short if that is the case. Not so easy to do when the person is in front of you! Pros I really like how the platform has been laid out. It's very user-friendly. It helped me to be able to filter through candidates by analysing specific questions and answers without needing to physically meet with anyone. This not only saves me time, but it saves the candidates the effort and costs of traveling to an interview that may not result in employment. Cons I have not yet experienced anything that was not up to scratch. The platform worked without any hiccups and the support team was always available to me should I have needed to raise a concern. Hireflix allows me to preserve this resource by saving me time in my interview process. I first started using video interviews about a year and a half ago on another platform, WedgeHR. While Wedge was great, I found several ways Hireflix just works better for my needs. I get a higher response rate from applicants, integration into my HRIS (BambooHR), and a fraction of the cost.Hireflix allows me to send pre-recorded questions to applicants and allows them the opportunity to record a response at a time that is convenient to them. It also sends automatic reminders so I'm not wasting time chasing down applicants. Pros I love the ease of use and the integration into my HRIS Cons There really isn't anything I dislike about Hireflix. Some of my favorite features are: - The ability to add multiple themes/brands (we're a recruitment firm so it's awesome being able to utilize the client's brand versus our own) - Hireflix easily integrates with multiple applicant tracking systems (we use Lever) and the integration is also quick and painless to setup - We've never had issues with candidates receiving messages from the system or things going to spam - The price is very reasonable especially for smaller orgs looking to leverage technology to improve the candidate experience - Any issues or bugs are fixed literally within hours (sometimes minutes!) - We also love the Slack integration! Lo utilizamos en varios procesos de selección y desde el primer proceso te das cuenta de lo potente que es el resultado que obtienes. Más allá del ahorro de tiempo al no tener que cuadrar agendas y tener las respuestas de los candidatos para ver cuando quieras, el obtener tanta información de los candidatos facilita mucho el proceso. Comenzamos utilizandolo en alguno de nuestros procesos y ahora lo utilizamos en todos. Pros Hireflix es muy sencillo e intuitivo de utilizar, y lo que más me gusta es el tiempo que ahorra pero obteniendo unas entrevistas de los candidatos de calidad. El no tener que cuadrar las agendas con los candidatos y darles la libertad de que graben la entrevista cuando quieran es tambien una gran ventaja. Tambien destacaría el soporte tecnico ya que el equipo de Hireflix tiene una gran motivacion por ayudar y es admirable la ayuda que ofrecen y ademas estan siempre agradecidos de cualquier feedback. January 11, 2023 5.0 Pros If you're thinking about signing up for Hireflix, do yourself a favor and do it now. We are a small organization that was struggling to process hundreds of interviews with a very small team. We used to schedule 1-1 interviews using Calendly - this took up so much time and effort. I was hesitant to sign up for Hireflix at first because I thought that it would be too complicated to set up a new system and change our recruiting processes - boy what I wrong! My only regret is NOT signing up for Hireflix earlier. We are now processing interviews at 10x the speed. Hireflix's platform works incredibly well - it's amazing that such a simple and easy platform can do such a wonderful job at processing applicants. Their script function that turns interview responses into text is AMAZING. We had never seen that before. Just what we needed. Cons I can't think of anything that has caused issues with the software.
