With Hireflix, we were able to simply and easily screen candidates before our first 1 on 1 interaction, saving us meaningful time in the process. And although asynchronous interviewing can be awkward, we were really surprised to hear from our candidates that Hireflix made the entire process feel more personal and authentic than they expected. 10 stars for Hireflix! Video interviews help you at least get some sense of someone's personality, and people can provide much more extensive answers when they're answering a question orally vs. in writing. Hireflix has helped us get this video interview process up and running very quickly and easily. Pros Hireflix makes it super easy to run a video interview process. You can easily set up parts of the interview where you introduce yourself, as well as the questions for the applicants to answer. The developers have also thought out a lot of the nuances such as allowing you to control how much "thinking time" the applicant gets before answering and whether you want to allow them to re-take their answer or not. Overall, especially in these covid times, Hireflix has been very valuable in helping us run a remote hiring process. I also really like that they have a Zapier integration. Cons I don't dislike any part of the software. The only thing is that for us as a very small company (less than 10 employees), it's hard to pay an annual subscription for software that we are not using all the time. Now it is so easy to find the perfect applicant and save time as well. Also, we need our applicants to be able to use technology and video platforms easily. Hireflix is very easy to use and there is no learning curve for the applicant or our team. Pros Hireflix wins for my favorite software this year! I cannot tell you all the things I love about it. But the productivity impact is immeasurable. Now I can review ten applicants in the time it took before to check just one. My time is spent then going into a second interview with only the best qualified. And almost all of those second interviews result in hires! I also like that I can send a link to one of our team members to review the applicant's video with just a click. Cons At first, I was nervous about the cost. But now I recommend it to other business owners without reservation. The time saved more than makes up for it. I now think of HIREFLIX as a revenue generator for our company. We are people-first, and as a fully remote company, we prioritize working asynchronously. So getting our applicants "face to face" with our CEO without the pain of scheduling a sync meeting is a massive advantage. Pros This has saved me so much time. I used to do in person first interviews or maybe phone interviews. But they would take up so much time. I also found it hard to take notes and compare different interviews. Using Hireflix not only saves me time but I get to really listen to the answers the job candidates give. I looked at a few alternative products but this one was the best value for my company. Cons I had trouble working out where to set my company logo. But once I did I realised I could load ore than one log, which was actually a pretty cool feature. Pros La experiencia de usuario es brutal una vez has importado todos los candidatos. Es muy intuitiva modificar las configuraciones del proceso y hacer seguimiento de éste. Cons Punto a mejorar: dar al usuario más opciones de configuración en el proceso (ejemplo limites de tiempo para las respuestas) e integrarse con Linkedin para la importación de datos. Hireflix allowed us to implement a second level of screening, that also reduced time spent going through applications. Thanks to this system, we are able to screen more candidates and spend more time in other important areas of our organization. Pros Hireflix has made hiring much more time efficient, it is extremely easy to invite candidates and view completed videos. It also provides a level perspective for evaluating candidates by creating an identical experience for each applicant. This allows for a fair baseline analysis of each candidate, without the hassle of scheduling phone screenings or additional measures. Possibly that it is not one-click integration with something like Airtable or some other sheets (instead CSV upload). Instead of spending hours trying to schedule interviews with multiple people that work for everyone’s schedules, it just takes a few quick minutes to set up the Hireflix interview. Then, the candidate can answer the questions at their convenience, and the hiring managers and recruiters can review the answers when it works best for them. It’s a win-win for everyone involved. Every student was able to figure out how to record their interview will no issues. I LOVE using Hireflix with students because they are able to record their interview whenever they are free. I no longer have to make myself available after work hours to accommodate their crazy schedules. Cons The only complaint I ever had was that I needed an increase in the character count to type in my interview questions. Within days \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] raised the character count from 160 to 210. Problem solved!
