Hireflix has easily saved us hundreds of hours of work at this point. Pros We've already received more than 400 candidate interviews with Hireflix and the experience couldn't have been better. Everything works as expected and candidates are able to submit their responses easily, Hireflix customer support has also been exceptionally good... I am so happy that we chose them. Cons None... Scheduling interviews with multiple candidates can be a logistics nightmare, but Hireflix solved this by reframing the interview process as a 'one-way' system. It also made monitoring all the submissions from candidates straightforward. Instead of keeping track of candidates' submission emails flooding the inbox, we could easily review submissions on the Hireflix dashboard. Pros Hireflix offers straightforward UX/UI design and seamless integration with other software. It's incredibly easy to set up the interview links and view the responses. We were able to gain significant insights on candidates through one-way video interviews as it shows so much more than a CV. With Hireflix, we could do this in a time and energy efficient way - no hassle in scheduling video interviews and viewing multiple responses with x2 speed play function. Pros I find the user experience and interface to be seamless and extremely easy to use while it has all the required features one would need to implement a very robust video interviewing process. Our experience with using Hireflix was excellent! Pros Hireflix allowed our search committee to streamline the interview process and made it much easier for the committee to review each video interview on their own time. The one-way interview process enabled us to discover character traits of each candidate which we might not have otherwise picked up on in a two-way discussion. The fact that we could set the time parameters allowed for each question made the candidates form more concise answers and I think made for more quality responses. The biggest benefit has been to save time and money, to be able to filter candidates in a faster way. Those candidates with low technological qualifications, which is exactly the opposite of what we are looking for, directly do not want to use Hireflix, which prevents us from wasting time with unnecessary interviews. The price is great considering these advantages: no more endless phone calls or video conferences at inconvenient times. Pros As a CEO, I am always looking for remote working tools that will improve productivity and save my team time. I find it very helpful both for those of us who select new talent and for the candidates, as we do not have to travel to make a conventional interview.
