The platforms ability to personalize each interview with the client's branding. The customer service and support directly from the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] (that extra touch you don't see often!). The ability to rate candidates and move folks through the pipeline directly on the platform. Love it all! Cons There's truly nothing I don't like. It allows me to focus on candidates who have the required profile and really motivated in the vacancy. Pros It is an easy-to-use and very intuitive tool. It is easy to configure video interviews and invite candidates to do them, it allows you to send reminders to candidates who did not do the video interview through different channels (emails, sms, WhatsApp). It allows me to evaluate many candidates in a very short time, allowing me to focus my efforts on candidates who really fit the profile of the vacancy and are really motivated by it. I love the option to select the playback speed of video interviews, it allows me to save a lot of time in evaluating video interviews. Pros We use hireflix mainly in the people dept. to interviewing candidates, it works pretty well and our hr team is very happy using it. I use it as a CEO as well to review interviews before new employees start the onboarding process, it helps me to know everyone before they start. Hireflix allowed us to record the screening questions once and send them to many candidates. Also, having candidates' answers recorded helped us comparing them and moving the right ones to the next phase. On top of that, multiple candidates told us that the experience of recording the short answers was fun. An extra positive thing, their customer support was really helpful. We had never used a service for video interviews and they helped us set up everything correctly. We will continue using Hireflix in the future :) Cons There's nothing I disliked about Hireflix. I did a recruitment process of over 400 candidates, all by myself. All I needed was Hireflix, Zapier, and Typeform. Cons The UX for the candidates could be a little bit improved, some candidates do not understand the process and they don´t record the interview in the right way. Pros I don't know what I would have done without it. With confinement going on and children at home it is very hard to find quiet time to conduct interviews. Thanks to Hireflix I screened more than 70 projects from entrepreneurs in a matter of a few hours. Not only that but I can now share those "elevator pitches" with my team and they can take a look at the finalists. " June 15, 2020 5.0 Pros At Seedrocket, like other accelerators, we receive startup projects proposals and we evaluate them and support the ones with the most promise. Hireflix has radically improved our processes. Receiving the videos with the startup proposals gives us way more information than just a form. Hireflix also allows us to keep the process fair, asking the same questions to each candidate, and it gives us the bandwidth we need to assess every project. I feel that now we can give the attention required to the projects that need it the most. I'd totally recommend Hireflix to any accelerator looking to improve their deal flow process.
