February 25, 2021 5.0 Fantastic product that solves a real problem faced by all companies and startups in the world. Pros I'll explain this sharing our experience so far with this software. In our company when we open job offers we receive hundreds of applicants. Taking the traditional route would mean investing hundreds of hours reviewing resumes, organizing and holding interviews, etc. with the uncertain outcome of selecting the best candidate. What does Hireflix do? Provides a super easy way to filter candidates and pick the right ones as the one way interview allows to identify i) those who are really interested in the job (and not applying for the sake of it) and ii) those who fit best with the position. Bottom line: saves hundreds of hours and allows to easily identify the best candidates. Thanks to the insights gained from Hireflix, every candidate we took forward to a real interview was good enough to receive a job offer. Cons No complaints regarding the core features currently delivered by the platform. " June 4, 2020 5.0 Pros We worked with Hireflix mostly with entry level positions and so far, the experience has been great as it has saved us a lot of time avoiding making many calls in our hiring process and only scheduling calls with the right candidates. The platform is very intuitive and also is the support given. Cons We haven't worked with Hireflix when hiring more senior positions so far, as these are more complex processes and probably requires some other features.
