Some of these were : Email / Whatsapp candidates to remind them to submit interview after certain time intervals. We could see which of the candidates received the emails/ which opened and where the email bounced. We could rate the candidates individually and it would keep our ratings anonymous between the team initially, to avoid bias. Pros I found that before I used Hireflix I would spend tons of time talking on the phone with candidates before I would get to meet them. A lot of this time was completely wasted as I would find out quickly that many of these candidates were not a good fit for my business. Hireflix allowed me to quickly weed out the people that were poor candidates and I didn't have to spend but a few moments going to the responses to my interview questions. Cons Honestly, I don't have a lot of negative things to say. I suppose if you don't like recording yourself that would be a negative, you certainly have to sit down and prepare the questions ahead of time, but that really didn't take long. On Android etc. there is no need to download any app. It is only on Safari that the candidate needs to download the app. We have tried our best to make the flow seamless. With very few clicks the candidate can download, open the app and take the interview (with no link pasting or anything). We do that to ensure that the videos reach the company in good quality.
