Easy to set up an account, tutorials on the website make it simple to get going, and the result is that we have already hired one candidate, and are about to launch another recruiting campaign using Hireflix as a preliminary screening tool. It makes reviewing resumes and getting initial interviews recorded on video a painless process - whereas previously it would require a tremendous amount of time, coordination, no-show interviews, disappointing interviews, etc. Don't hesistate to give it a shot, it won't disappoint! Pros Ease of setting up and the ability for our entire team to review preliminary interview videos and rate candidates' answers. We have used it to hire one candidate already, and are on track to use it for a second hire this month. Helps to cut out the scheduling conflicts of preliminary virtual interviews by allowing the recipient to answer interview questions on their own schedule. Excellent product!
