Alles in allem aber ein sehr gutes tool und ein sehr freundlicher support

Das benutzerfreundliche Backend und die gesammte Übersicht der features

Cons

Der Kalender. Am Smartphone etwas mühsam zu bedienen und leider keine Belegungsfarben direkt im Kalender bei der Datumseingabe. Ein Maileingang für die Mieterkommunikation wäre auch schön

Der FewoManager ist sehr umfangreich und leicht zu bedienen. Der Support ist top, immer zu stelle und setzt Idee, soweit es möglich ist, schnell um.

Viele Funktionen, die sehr hilfreich sind für einen sehr guten Preis.

Pros

Sehr umfangreiche Funktionen. Synchronisierung der Belegungskalender mit Portalen funktioniert tadellos. Hauptgrund meines Kaufes war der Kalender für meine Webseite und der funktioniert einwandfrei. Auch die Rechnungslegung für die Gäste und die automatischen Mails sind hilfreiche feartures, dieich nicht mehr missen möchte.

Cons

Manchmal etwas unübersichtlich, z.B. die 2 verschiedenen Zugangswege zum Kalender mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen. Aber wie bei jeder Software, wenn man sich erstmal eingearbeitet hat, ist das kein Problem mehr. Schade ist, dass ich die alten Buchungen nicht mehr sehen kann (oder ich habs noch nicht gefunden).

FewoManager bietet alles, was man für die Verwaltung eines Ferienhauses benötigt. Und wenn uns Usern auffällt, dass eine Funktion fehlt oder verbesserungswürdig ist, wird dies von den Anbietern sehr gerne aufgenommen und auch zeitnah umgesetzt. (Beispiel Mehrwertsteuersenkung Juli bis Dezember 2020 wegen Corona)

Pros

Das Produkt ist auch für den Laien einfach und verständlich anzuwenden und wenn man trotzdem mal nicht weiterkommt - der Support ist schnell zu Stelle und Probleme werden umgehend behoben.

Cons

Es gibt nichts, was mir an dieser Software nicht gefällt.

Benutzerfreundlich, schnell, flexibel und mit vielen einstellbaren Parameter. Der Support ist sehr nett, sofort am Thema (auch wenn man sich mit Ideen einbringt) und kommuniziert dies auch während des Prozesses. Integration mit der Webseite mit vielen möglichen Modulen ist prima! Auch die Bedienbarkeit (Buchungen, Kalendereinsicht usw.) auf dem Mobiltelefon von unterwegs ist super.

Cons

Fällt mir momentan nichts ein, das Produkt ist prima und perfekt für unseren Zweck der Ferienhausvermietung in Zeeland.
