Pros Stratafolio has an excellent staff that provides great training and support to get us started. Their system integrates very well with Quickbooks which fits perfectly with our accounting and makes the transition incredibly easy. The system is set up to provide us with timely decision making and is invaluable because it will save us time and money. Cons Stratfolio is a great system, but with any complex system it takes time to learn how to use it effectively. Jeri and her team have been kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. In fact, they had some of the most robust commercial property management knowledge, maybe wisdom even, of anyone I've met. They had great recommendations that really helped us with our medium sized portfolio. Pros My experience with Stratafolio has been truly pleasant from jump. It is an EXCELLENT value for the number of things it does. It is super focused on commercial applications and has been wonderfully designed to notify for renewals, CPI increases, and generally lease management. It is simple and easy to use. Cons It has, at times, loaded slow. However, some of our job files are large and it may be partially on our side. I wish it had some more flexibility in reporting - but exporting info is easy and the pros simply far outweigh the cons. It is always faster than logging into Quickbooks, most certainly. It's also great to have one place to access leases and receive notifications for escalations. Pros The app is easy to use and their support is responsive to questions. The staff at STRATAFOLIO are wonderful to work with. Cons For the most part, I love the software and there is nothing I dislike. Filters in reports are sometimes frustrating if they don't stay.
