Empezamos trabajando genial. Una buena relación. Luego de que no tienen más inversión, cancelan el servicio y 6 meses más tarde, por más de haber pedido amablemente que nos paguen y que nos digan que lo harán, no recibimos las facturas. Eviten trabajar con esta empresa.

Pros

Parecían una empresa responsable, pero no nos pagan las facturas hace más de 6 meses. Evitar trabajar con esta empresa.

Cons

Nos contrataron para un trabajo de generación de leads. No lograron levantar inversión adicional y cancelaron el servicio. Nos dicen mes tras mes que nos van a pagar lo debido y no han pagado nunca.

Excelente, es un producto en desarrollo con un buen equipo por detrás y mucho trabajo.

Pros

Slik es una excelente herramienta para utilizar en áreas de experiencia, es amigable y fácil de utilizar, se pueden configurar todo tipo de encuestas. El equipo de soporte realiza un excelente trabajo y trabaja continuamente en mejoras e implementaciones , adaptándose a las necesidades y demandas que tenemos los clientes.

Cons

Por el momento no se integra con otras herramientas con las que trabajamos (SAP, Forms)

Es muy ágil y fácil de usar.

Pros

Me ha gustado el diseño minimalista de la plataforma y el fácil acceso a responder encuestas. Además, brinda asesoramiento en tiempo real.

Cons

Pienso que se podría mejorar el modo con que aparece el cuadro de consultas/asesoramiento, suele confundir al usuario. De preferencia que salga en la parte inferior izquierda una vez que el usuario ingresa a la encuesta.
