Customer service is good and they are always making improvements to the software.

Pros

It makes scheduling very easy and fast. When we started using the program, if cut my scheduling time way down and now I don't have to email the crews their schedule

Cons

I wish we could make job as complete in mass, currently we have to do it individual. Not a huge deal but it would be nice to have

Reasons for choosing Pro Crew Schedule

Customer service was alway available and helpful. The program was built with sub-contractors in mind and it did exactly what we needed without a lot of add-ons
