Pros

The dashboard menu is very usefull. Easy to see the amount of sales per consultant and easy to apply filter. Very easy to add opportunity and follow the sales process.

Cons

Not always intuitive, some functionality are harder to find. Might be my network but some command takes a lot of time to be executed.

Pros

Ease of use and a nice user interface. Automatic link with Outlook because we can see the history of communication directly in Centrix-One, while we keep using Outlook normally.

Cons

It would be nice to have more report features directly instead of going with Excel.

Mon expérience est plutôt positive. Le seul point négatif est lorsque nous avons besoin de faire ajuster ou modifier un aspect de Centrix, le tout se complique et c'est plutôt lent.

Je qualifierais mon expérience de très positive. Mes représentants aiment beaucoup Centrix One et l'utilisent quotidiennement. L'intégration a été 100 % réussie.

Pros

La facilité de changer les étapes de vente du produit. L'aspect très visuel des opportunités.

Cons

En fin d'année financière, je ne suis pas en mesure d'effacer toutes les opportunités complétées de l'année précédente, à moins de le faire manuellement une à la fois.

The customer service is definitely the best thing about CentrixOne ! The team is very effective and gives personalized help really fast. It's also affordable.

Cons

Not everything is intuitive, so that could be improved, but once you know how to use it, it's pretty easy.

Notre entreprise à déjà en quelques semaines bénéficier de l'efficacité des services de CentrixOne. Nous avions plusieurs objectifs en recourant au service de marketing apr courriel, et ils ont pratiquement tous été atteints. Malgré quelques problèmes techniques rencontrés, nous sommes très satisfaites.

Pros

La rapidité et la facilité d'ouverture du compte et de démarrage. C'est simple et efficace, contrairement à d'autres plateformes testées par notre équipe.

Cons

Quelques «buggs» par-ci par-là, mais le soutient technique est rapide et efficace pour nous aider.

Pros

La flexibilité du module courriel. Nous sommes à refaire notre site internet, lorsqu'il sera "live" nous utiliserons d'autres modules de CentrixOne comme le formulaire, par exemple.

Cons

Il y a des limites, comme par exemple l'impossibilité de supprimer des contacts, de générer un rapport de ventes par compte et enfin exporter une liste des comptes dans un logiciel genre Excel ou Sheet.

Merci beaucoup Isabelle. Effectivement nous préférons ne pas rendre possible la suppression de contacts primaires reliés à la synchronisation de votre système comptable. Cette liaison est nécessaire afin de garder le lien entre les deux systèmes. Pour les autres contacts, vous pouvez les supprimer sans aucune limitation. Afin de générer un rapport de ventes, nous pouvons le faire à l'aide du module opportunités tel que discuté par téléphones. Cependant nous considérons cette demande comme une amélioration à la fonction existante. Concernant l'export de comptes, ce sera disponible dès janvier 2022. Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires! CentrixOne nous permet de concilier l'information de nos clients à un seul et même endroit et ainsi s'assurer de faire un suivis adéquat à tout moment et ce, peu importe le représentant. Le logiciel nous a également permis de facilement et rapidement mettre sur pied un infolettre à notre image. Nous sauvons beaucoup de temps et ne cherchons plus l'information formelle ou informelle des clients.

Pros

Nous apprécions beaucoup la facilité d'utilisation du logiciel, il se comprend bien et l'expérience utilisateur est très instinctive. Le logiciel s'adapte facilement à nos besoins et couvre la majorité de ceux-ci (courriels, infolettres, suivis clients).

Cons

J'aimerais pouvoir faire davantage de statistiques à propos de mes données dans la section rapport. Des graphique de bases ou des tableaux sur les contacts et les comptes. Nombre de Compte par ville par exemple. J'aimerais également pouvoir changer un compte de liste et qu'automatiquement les clients changent de liste. Présentement, je dois changer le client de liste et le contact suis. Nos liste sont davantage faites en fonction des entreprises (B2B) que des individus.
