Ecamm is a greedy company. " **Overall:** I paid for this system for many years the standard version which is about 20 bucks. I upgraded and used the Pro version sometimes, is 40 bucks. I didnt used it very much may be once or twice a month. Lately i started doing my live transmission whith guests for which you have to invite them via Skype as Ecamm allow that but I got disconnected many times, when you have to use Skype unless you want to pay for Pro. I demanded them fixing the problem and offer me compensation since I lost my audience twice, I had none, \[sensitive content hidden\] was the person attending my case, he asked me a lot of technical detail but no solution. They want me to upgrade to 40 Pro version since they told me Skype wont be available soon anymore. He solved nothing. They are a greedy company! **Pros:** I thought it was good but start failing so Im changing to another company. **Cons:** Customer Services.
