SalesQL has been a great help for my lead generation tasks. It’s fast, reliable, and easy to use. Their customer service is also excellent—very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Pros

The Plugin Tool and their Customer Service is great. Accuracy of the lead information capture is one of the best in the industry today.

Cons

None at the moment, but sometime maybe there are maintenance so I can experience slow sometimes but no worries as they always assist and reply promptly.

Fantastic and will use forever a the current price point

Pros

What can I say but WOW. $40 for 1600 credits to look up numbers and emails. I did free and paid comparisons with zoom, rocket, luhsa, Appolo, etc. and as far as LinkedIn profiles ONLY SalesQL is as good or better results-wise. I did a drip CRM campaign with 300+ emails I got from sales ql and 13 got kicked back as "undeliverable". That is amazing numbers IMHO. If you need raw contact data and want it exported to CSV to import to a crm or ats this is hands down the cheapest and the best. You can extract 25 linkedin profiles at a time with numbers and emails. I can get a 200 navigator list done, all with emails and numbers within 15-20 mins and that includes have in made into a csv and imported into my ats

Cons

The customer service is meh. The integrations are minimal but that is it. Raw data wise it's great.

### "Prospect details - good extension finder"

Good tool to search for additional details on prospects with just a few clicks and the chrome extension. I think it does it's basic job correctly but could still go an extra mile in development compared to the price we pay.

Pros

Allows to bring information from softwares and track email exchanges. The setup is pretty simple so there's not many ways of messing it up, although I haven't tried the social media outreach just yet.

Cons

It does not integrate bidirectionally with Salesforce, so although it brings and finds the email or telephone from a prospect, it doesnt allow my team to add it directly to their salesforce profile from the chrome extension. They need to copy-paste it everytime from linkedin onto salesforce. (Ashby chrome extension for candidates in the ATS works similar but it's much easier to add such info into the prospect file directly)

NOTHING STIWhat I liked least about SalesQL is that the credit system can feel restrictive, especially when data accuracy isn’t always consistent and credits still get consumed. Sometimes direct dials are missing or outdated, and there are occasional limitations in coverage for certain regions or smaller companies. Additionally, deeper integrations and bulk processing features could be more robust to support large-scale prospecting workflows.LL NOW

Pros

### "Dangerous tool that may cause you to be banned from Linkedin"

Was great at the beginning, but in the end I find the tool very dangerous, as I could have been permanently banned from linkedin because of their lack of professionalism. No empathy from support.

Pros

Have a great email database, price is ok

Cons

They force you to use their chrome extension, then you get banned by linkedin for using it, as it's forbidden. No guidance on number of lead possible to extract per day. No mention of this Linkedin limitation in their documentation, that will prevent you from using the tool properly. It's impossible to use all the credit they sell to you in their advanced plan, and when asking for help, support people are aggressive, accept no critic and no refund possible.

Pros

I loved the output it has given. Quick email finder. Loved the multiple emails generation in one go.

Cons

Lag/Latency issues. The linkedin extension doesn’t work properly sometimes and causes latency issues.

Very satisfied with the data.

Pros

It is very easy to scrap LinkedIn profiles. It finds more emails than other tools.

Cons

You have to be careful scraping LinkedIn and do it in batches of no more than 200 profiles per day (probably less) or your profile will be suspended.It lacks options to automate the scraping by batches and/or by time.SalesQL say emails are verified but they are not, you have to verify them on your own.

Been wonderful, highly useful.

Pros

I do a lot of Lead Generation for my Upwork clients and other clients too, so, I generally have to find thousands of emails each month. And, SalesQL has been a huge part of that. Though I concentrate mostly on corporate emails, not personal ones. But for personal emails, there is nothing else that can come even close. I have used Nymeria and some others before, but none of those work as well as SalesQL.

Cons

Nothing really! Just that I would like to get some cheaper options for the large number of data.

Pros

good for scrapping emails, free trial with 50 credits

Cons

The main problem is that it will block your LinkedIn account if you will use SalesQL. Firstly they warn you, if you don't delete it, they ban your account. The problem is exactly in SalesQL extension (used in chrome/mozilla/edge), checked on 2 different users with the only one extension on a fresh browser. Don't use it!

Customer service is garbage. Inflexible and unwilling to do anything to help.

Pros

After struggling with Zoominfo prices and bad data, I decided to give this a try. Decent email addresses, not the best phone numbers.

Cons

Completely illogical way of doing business. I paid in advance for 6 months and barely used my credits. Asked customer service about various scenarios - downgrading my plan, switching to monthly invoicing, etc so I could remain on a PAID PLAN and still keep the credits I had already paid for without signing up for an additional 6 months. They refused flat out. Said I had to cancel and sign up for a new plan, while losing the credits I already paid for. MAKES NO SENSE. Why not keep a customer and just switch from semi annual billing to monthly, ON THE SAME PLAN?

Pros

Nothing! Got blocked after 80 scraps even that they suggested to have 400 daily limit. Asked for refund, they did not want to provide refund.

Cons

Don't use this software. Support very bad, you get banned, they do not give refund!

No faults yet, they do regular updates on the app, so does need to be updated but they are adding improvements .

My experience with SalesQL has been very positive and very helpful. it is a tool very easy to use. The e-mails are of very good quality. They can be collected, filtering by category, geographical area or keyword I can also highlight the technical support, which is very good and quick in responses, they give answers to any type of doubt that a user may have, they are also very friendly. I recommend this tool for people who need to create a database of trusted corporate or non-corporate e-mails

Pros

The good and real emails, and its customer service. I think that SalesQL can help you in what you need, and also you can find quick responces from the technical support.

Cons

I like all about SalesQL, I honestly can't fault anything about this tool, which is very easy to use. Highly recommended

Pros

Compared to some of the "big names" in lead intelligence, SalesQL provides very similar data quality for a fraction of the price. The interface is clean and doesn't require a steep learning curve—you can basically install it and start finding emails in two minutes.

Cons

You do run into the occasional outdated email, but that’s standard for any scraper. The bulk-enrichment feature can sometimes miss leads if the LinkedIn profile is very locked down.

Great place for an H.R.| recruitment firm| and so. it's value for money and the customer support is perfect and easy to use. would prefer over other extension.

Pros

best extension I've got till now. it's vale for money the search and filter is great and is accurate.

Cons

the contact number section it does ask for an upgrade comparing with other extension like the APOLLO.AI which gives 075 credits free with both mail and contact info free. and after completion of credits ask's for upgradation. mainly with this I can only do E-mail marketing rather than lead generation.

It was a disaster. I paid hundreds for a 6-month plan, and I used nothing of it. Refund was not possible, they were incredibly rude, and after few email messages they blocked me and my account.

Pros

Probably the price, but that was initial "catch". Then you see that the money is wasted.

Cons

The extension itself is full of bugs. You need to log in your LinkedIn profile, which gets blocked as soon as you start using SalesQL. No matter how slow and on how many segments you split the job in order not to trigger any LinkedIn alarms, your LinkedIn profile gets blocked. I initially used my personal profile, then of both my colleagues' years old profiles, we all got blocked. The SalesQL support is arrogant, not helpful nor understanding. You have literally zero days return and refund policy.

Terrible Customer Service and Bad Business PracticesDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will charge your card without permission and refuse to be flexible on credits even in circumstances of illness and disability. I paid for a fixed amount of "credits" - a large and expensive amount. After using only 25% of my credits, they charged me but wiped away the credits as I went into the next month and had been unable to use. The worst customer service experience as they just did not care about me as a customer.

Pros

Good for generating prospecting contact details

Cons

Awful customer service - I was charged £120 for credits they then took away from me and couldn’t care less about my circumstances of illness which prevented me from using my credits quickly enough and despite being very happy to take my money they did not want to offer any care or consideration for my disability - all I wanted was my credits to roll into the next money has I had paid for them and needed them and customer care basically told me tough we are not willing to offer any gesture of good will
