Pros Push notifications to notify people of sales is a great feature. Cons Templates are boring. The price has gone up yet our integration with facebook has changed so we pay more for less. Pros Very easy to set up - the support team works non stop to complete your app and is always available for questions and support. Customers love having the ease of shopping through an app rather than trying to navigate a mobile website. Cons Only draw back is the need to sync products manually once added to your store if you'd like them to appear immediately - otherwise the software syncs hourly. I contacted them. They were really fast in getting back to me and answering all of my questions. Once I pulled the trigger and signed up for a trial, they were amazing to work with. The app is gorgeous, customized to my brand, syncs to my Shopify store, so easy to use on my backend and on the customer end. My customers absolutely love it. Anytime an issue comes up, they are quick to tackle it and get it fixed. Highly recommend!! Pros It's gorgeous, easy to use, syncs with my shopify store. Customer service is really fast and efficient. Cons The initial set up took a few days longer than I had hoped, but I know there were kinks to work out, so I understood. I was just ancy and excited. The app definitely helps me generate sales and design it how I want. Customer service always responds. Cons The integrations they say they have do not work properly. I have lost over $30,000 because of an integration that has not worked for over four months. I have been in correspondence with their tech team almost every day for the last four months trying to fix it.
