“iCRM is a great CRM software to use, it automates our Sales and Marketing seamlessly.”

OverallIncreased productivity of employees which results in better customer satisfaction and more revenue.
ProsFirst of all, it is very much capable of doing any level of customization as per the business process. It handles the large size data and highly user-friendly and enterprise ready. Most importantly it is very cost effective.
ConsMobile App is not available for IOS, Leads scoring feature is not available in Leads module which was an important feature for our business.

“Very customisable CRM.”

ProsGood pricing. Very customisable. Nice layout and easy to use. Can quickly get up to speed with all the features.
ConsNot available as an app for when out of the office, other than that all was good and no other cons to list.

“Delightful, Useful, Rough Service”

ProsiCRM was very cost effective for my budget at the time. Loved the GUI, and the user friendliness. Overall, it's useful for midsize projects.
ConsThe Customer Support was lacking. I had to wait on hold once for 30 minutes, and then the person on their end hung up. I like the software, but maybe get a better customer service team and you're golden.
