If you are a growing company, you can join their Accelerator program. We completed their Accelerator program and recently graduated. In our experience, Seller Snap is a step above other repricers, especially ones that offer AI repricing. Overall we are very happy with the level of support and experience with Seller Snap. Pros Recently switched from BQool to Seller Snap, and it's been a game-changer for my Amazon business. The repricer is effective – no more price wars, better control over listings, and the AI beats traditional repricers. The support is standout, thanks to a great account manager and an easy-to-navigate platform. Cons Now, the downside: it's a bit pricey. But the value and functionality justify the cost. December 3, 2019 5.0 Highly recommend them, such a great experience. Pros Seller Snap have an automatic smart repricer that actually works! Over the years I used a few different rule-based repricers and I was spending a couple of hours a day, playing around with the settings. On top of that, for some top-selling items we would constantly get into price wars killing our profit margins. We switched to Seller Snap last year and it’s definitely worth the extra money. It’s saving me a ton of time, and switching over, I could clearly see an increase in profit and profit margins. They also have a great dashboard with all the data I need to manage my store (which all the other repricers I’ve used didn’t). Sellersnap is by far the most comprehensive repricer that we have used. It offers great data and is very easy to use. It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. The support is very good as well and have listened to our requests for new features. I hope they continue to develop their software as it has been great so far! May 27, 2022 5.0 Seller Snap has been an absolutely fantastic repricing program from us. It does what it claims to do, which is to get you buybox and increase your sales. I highly recommend this product if you want to grow your Amazon sales and business. Pros Seller Snap is a fantastic program to assist in repricing the items we are selling through Amazon. Since we've begun using it, we've seen our sales steadily and consistantly increasing. We've also noted that the percentage of time we are winning the buybox is increasing. Customer support is fantastic. If you have question, you'll get a response the same day, and often time its in the form of a video that will walk you through exactly what to do to fix your specific issue. Cons None that I can think of. We have been pleased with pretty much everything about it. Pros We've been Seller Snap customers for about a year. Seller Snap is simple to use and efficient. It was improved to import costs from Inventory Lab. The AI technology really seems to do well in improving sales consistency. It also helps reduce the amount of pricing errors. Cons The cost is a bit pricey especially beyond the accelerator program. SellerSnap saves us a lot of time through the automation of repricing in accordance with our suggested guidelines, allowing us to focus on other parts of our business. SellerSnap stands out through their AI repricing strategy, which prevents us from racing to the bottom against other sellers and enhances our profitability. Pros The interface is extremely easy to navigate and the correction, upload, and error correction processes for adding inventory and SKU information are all easy to follow. We are able to make bulk changes to SKU prices with ease and allow the repricing tool to handle automatic repricing, saving us a lot of time. Great customer service, timely responses.
