The form builder has helped us generate more leads with intuitive forms and helped to improve the conversion rate. Visitors don't run away from our form now but rather engage with it. It has streamlined the way we generate leads, is easy to set up and conditional logic works to improve the customer experience. Pros It's extremely easy to use. I was easily able to set up conditional logic and publish the form on our website. And in no time, I witnessed great results with form submissions improving. I was able to integrate it with CRM with Zapier. Cons Nothing. It was easy to use and we are very happy with it. Since 2019, we've created multi-step forms and personalized pop-ups to help convert most of our traffic into high quality leads. This software makes it easy to build forms. Cons Data export and usability. You must pay for Zapier and export the leads to a CRM in order to have useful database.
