WageLoch initially advised our colleague it catered to Reckon (which it does) but have since labelled our company as Bespoke due to varying employee requirements. Reckon is not WageLoch's most user-friendly preferred payroll program. Do your research.

Pros

Clock in and out features for accountability and attendance for fire evacuation purposes WPH&S is great. Running reports and collating times to tasks/departments for on-billing various entities import to Reckon Payroll correctly once teething problems were solved. Helpdesk extremely helpful and quick to get back to you if a processing payroll, thank you! Reports look very professional and can export to excel doc to present it how you like.

Cons

TOIL hours can be lost if there is an error and Developers need to reset from behind the scenes to show correct history (not always successful without a Set to value and can't explain why) - you cannot undo to get back what was there before (I advise keeping an excel spreadsheet separate to check against). Hours didn't always import to Reckon until manually assisted by WageLoch Helpdesk however this has since been resolved. We have had an entire entry revert back to rostered task and lost updated worked task - Developers had to reset and required some rework with entries.

Reason for choosing Wageloch

Seemed to offer the most features the managers and company required.

Pros

The customer service is second to none. Being able to talk to a real person quickly makes everything so much easier. The system is user friendly as well.

Cons

Being able to allocate annual leave at timesheet level would really help and seeing the balances at this level as well

I used it to manage the hours worked by about 100 university tutors, and to confirm these hours for payroll.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to record payment data for employees through Wageloch. Even if the employee made an error in recording their hours worked, it's super easy to manually fix that. It's also easy to see their historic hours worked.

Cons

My main issue was that although Wageloch promised a geolocater function, so I could see where the employee had clocked in and out, it didn't seem to be working - as the person paying them I couldn't see it anywhere on my Wageloch platform on my computer. this actually created an issue when an employee had been clocking in and oiut from his home, and not attending work, and I hadn't been able to verify this. Also, Wageloch seems to automatically open every time I update my laptop, which gets a bit annoying!

Pros

The set up process was very easy and the implementation team were very patient and helpful.

Cons

It would be really great if you could sort by hours per day when authorising timesheets.

Very easy to use time tracking and HR software, cloud based so can be used anywhere. Support and award setup is really good.

Cons

Some payroll rules are hard to set up, including different rates for overtime or conversion to TOIL.

### "Wageloch review"

Our overall experience has been great. We are loving using the new wageloch set up now (we used to use the legacy look and found it difficult to use the new look at first). Has been great having the staff portal set up and allowing staff access via their app to put in unavailability / annual leave / sick leave, which in turn has helped us with rostering.

Pros

The ease of rostering across a 24 hour period Being able to monitor all shifts and adjust times with ease Ease of access

Cons

The history and leave / unavailability takes a long time to load Print set up for the rosters makes our roster about 20 pages long and difficult to see it over a fortnightly period - would be ok if we did weekly rosters but is not convenient and therefore we are needing to produce a paper roster aswell The app is reported to be very sensitive to touch and is difficult to set time off

Extremely user friendly and great, fast customer service when there is an issue with Wageloch and the customer service (when needed) is local (Adelaide).

Pros

It's very easy to use for rostering employees and to see in real time if they have clocked in and out for their shift. The dashboard provides information at a glance, giving information of employee clocked times and who is on leave. It also helps to keep track of employee availability, rostered hours/costings per day and there are prompts to make sure changes aren't an accident, but if there's an error, it can be undone! It's also easy for employees to communicate their availability and checking their rosters.

Cons

Sometimes it can be slow to load and sometimes it can get stuck in loading and lose changes/new rosters when clicking save. There's no place to comment why an employee was late or left early, if someone else is submitting the finalized time-sheets for pays. It can be difficult to recollect to the payer the reason to why the late or leaving early clock times, and from the employee if pays are done on a fortnightly basis.

its quite simle to use the fob used by emopyees to check in is fantasic

Pros

i like how the hours are determined by the fob and there is not need to manually adjust them when doing pays

Cons

it is tidus and there is no way to adjust for lunch not taken or any other types of anomalies in the workplace

It's easy to use and saves time and mistakes! I use to do the rostering manually and would have a staff member on in 2 places at once. Doesn't happen now!

Cons

I would love to see the day a staff member asks for a day off (not A/L) greyed out on the roster, so if I need to find a quick replacement for a shift, I know they are not available and I don't waste time ringing them!

Pros

Pre submit feature to double check any anomalies prior to submitting to payroll team.

Cons

When going to roster shifts, it is relatively easy to select the wrong days, by not lining it up horizontally especially with people starting on pm shifts. If this could be improved somewhat would assist.The other would be the difficultly of reading times as they overlap, especially for short breaks e.g. tea break which is around 10 minutes.

Really good. Staff support are very helpful and friendly. The application is relatively easy to understand and use. Some of the reports are not what I'm after, but generally the basic ones are adequate on a fortnightly basis.

Works really well, just internet speed for the pages to update.

Processing payroll is much more efficient and accurate. Also, clocking other contractors enables a more transparent cross-check to the invoices they submit.

Pros

Training and support staff are exemplary is responding and assisting when required. Easy to learn to navigate. Reports are well displayed. Customization refines it to our needs.

A couple of clunky functions when needing to adjust timesheets.

Pros

Rostering and Timesheets made easy. Wageloch has taken all the hassle out of our admin.

Cons

Adjusting Clock on clock off times to coincide with rostered hours for timesheets, before pay runs can be be a chore. It would be nice if Wageloch only flagged timesheets that significantly differed from the hours work (eg autocorrect someone who was late or early by 5 minutes)

WageLoch provides an easy-to-use Time and Attendance and Rostering platform. The more recent additions of an On Boarding package, as well as Dash Board reports, makes it a valuable tool in managing the wages.

Pros

Very easy to use and implement time and attendances and employee rostering system that integrates well with backend payroll systems such as XERO.

Cons

The software can be slow to use at times.

I have very good experience with wageloch and its team. \[sensitive content hidden\] and other are always there to help us.

Pros

I would say. it is the best software for payroll and Hr.very well integrated and easily talk to MYOB.we are very happy with it.

Cons

It does not calculate annual leave laoding ( Sat and Sun, Penalize one) . If, it does.It would be awesome

Pros

Pay week is a breeze with wageloch. Once you have finalised the timesheets its all just uploads to reckon.

Cons

Face recognition can at times be finiky to pick up staff.
