Lunchbox Reviews
"DO NOT USE LUNCHBOX!!"
Pros: Nothing. It is expensive, very hard to set up, mediocre as a platform, broke constantly in the beginning and they won't let me leave.
Cons: This company is a disaster. Getting online ordering setup was extremely time consuming and unnecessarily complicated. Nothing worked out the gate so we spent months constantly triaging issues with that Lunchbox couldn't understand. It created chaos in our store and cost us a significant amount of business. The sales people assured us that everything we asked about was live but it turned out a lot of it was actually still in the development. 18 months later, all of those things are still "on the backlog" with no delivery timeline. These are very basic functionalities like saving favorite orders including modifications. Everyone we dealt with was inept. The original team were all fired and replaced with a new team that was at least responsive. That team has since quit or been fired. We are now trying to leave so that we can have an online ordering platform that works and the company is threatening to charge us $6k to leave early.
"Stay away from them"
Overall: Not great at all, terrible company that is not ready
Pros: Difficult onboarding process, complicated software and not simple to use.
Cons: Ease of Back end use, not very user friendly
