Tilde Ai chatbot is the first thing I fall in love with when I came across it. I used it to automate my customer service process on my website.

Cons

I really haven't found fault in this because I only use the chatbot feature which is quite good.

### "Tilde Gives immediate, assured, and safe translations"

When I came to know last year that Tilde is used by the Finland Government for their translation services for the next 4 years, it gave me confidence. The usage of Tilde has made possible multilingual messages in my routine work, serving me to overcome verbal communication obstructions and reach international clients with ease. The fact that all my translations are encrypted helps me in data safety as well.

Pros

I like Tilde for several reasons. Firstly their website translator impeccably integrates into any site or platform, Moreover, the outlook plugin allows to translate sent or received emails without leaving the application. Also, the Tilde API supports the assimilation of conversion functionalities into any essential environment. I like the Free Trial as well that goes to show how confident they are of their product.

Cons

Tilde is a great tool but it's not "perfect" or "error-free". The application (especially the mobile app) can go wrong and break down with bugs at times and support may be required to fix those.

Great experience and great communication. If something isn't clear, we'll always get an answer in time. Thank you for the work that has been done and for continuing to cooperate successfully.

Pros

We were the first who introduced the virtual assistant in the state administration in Latvia and we are very proud of it. Product use is relatively simple and does not require IT skills. This solution is a good assistant for both the employees of our institution and our clients. This is another way for customers to communicate with an institution or company, not only during working days, but also on holiday at any hour of the day.

Cons

Using this product for 2 years, scenario building has been technically improved but would nevertheless like this process to be slightly simpler (more transparent). Statistics, such as correct and wrong negotiating statistics, could possibly be improved.

Tilde helped with relationship building with the customers and was beneficial on many levels from revenue growth to acquiring more clients.

Pros

Tilde has a lot of competence packaged tightly together. Tilde facilitates in obtaining, translating and connecting the users with AI-driven, tailored, informal experiences across several channels and European languages.

Cons

Being a language technology software, I would like to see Tilde helping users for languages outside of Europe and handle conversational languages from Asia as well.

Tilde is an open and collaborative-oriented organisation. The key people we had to work with from Tilde are high professionals. Tilde is innovative business thinking about development, introducing new approach, technologies.

Pros

This helps to provide convenient and easily accessible information to customers about the main questions they ask. This makes it easier for our client service to work and consult clients - no need answer frequently asked questions. It was easy to integrate software with our systems. It works on-line in our web page. Very important - persuade all colleagues that it will help in our work process.

Cons

Uncomfortable error reporting process, but it improved now. Here are some awkwardness of how information appears for customers , for example, peaces of information appears too fast, but there is no way to solve this problem now.

Pros

With a virtual assistant we can offer information about central bank's services to our clients instantly 24/7. At the same time it reduces workload to the colleagues answering basic questions of the clients via e-mails or phone. Virtual assistant allows our services to the general public be more accessible.

Cons

The interface for handling and improvement of the virtual assistant is quite complex and complicated. It takes time to understand and to adapt oneself to it. Therefore it isn't encouraging to learn and use all possible features of the virtual assistant.

Cons

Chatbot platform is still under development, so for now some nice-to-have features are missing.
