Even though we hired an event planner that recommended using it, none of us had any prior conference experience. Being so easy to build took a lot off of our plate. Pros An easy-to-build website for your event that is much more sophisticated than Eventbrite. It allowed us to showcase speakers, schedule, sell tickets, and more. Cons Wish there was a bit more customization available, but overall it is what it is and gets the job done. Pros This platform handles almost everything you need to run a successful online event from landing pages to speakers dashboards to managing affiliate commissions. The only thing you need to take care of is finding video hosting platforms or video conferencing software like zoom. I don't think running a virtual summit is simple though. Pros Pulled together the difficult components needed to deliver a virtual summit Cons Dependency on an external webinar engine was a weakness as the engine I had to use was LiveWebinar and there were integration problems with this Review Source MG MARC G. Pros It was extremely easy to setup, manage, and implement with all of the primary features we needed to launch a virtual summit. We really liked the affiliate management system, the onboard ticketing & commerce system, and the email follow up system. Cons The database management was a bit challenging and at some times manual. Being able to better manage the speaker and content database would be appreciated. Along with only have very basic statistics and reporting. August 13, 2020 5.0 Overall I had a great experience as an administrator and using the platform as a participant. Customer Support was helpful with all my questions and responded within about 24 hours of asking my question. Pros Our organization used this for a virtual conference, it was easy to use and our conference participants had great feedback on it as well. Cons I wish the "watch live" link was activated a few minutes before the actual start of the session.
