I like that e-signature works with scans, PDFs, Word, Excel and even Zip. I can sign from phone or PC without converting. Clear processes and GDPR focus make work with EU partners fast.

Cons

It sometimes sends quite a lot of reminders, so my inbox gets busy. Still, it is far better than missing important deadlines.
