A very innovative company which improving the software every day again. The employees have a lot of knowledge about experience management and are very helpful and supportive by using the software solution on the right way.

Pros

The software covers the whole spectrum of Experience Management, namely Voice of Customer + Voice of Employee + Quality management. One software solution for combining all relevant data and feedback and customizable programs. The software provide actionable insights at a glance and stimulates the organization to take the right actions in an easy way.

Cons

Because of the new version the user experience can be improved, although CYS is making progress at a rapid pace.

Pros

the software, and specifically the reporting, are easy to customize. And the software was easily ajusted to my needs.

Cons

as a small company it was a bit complex in the beginning to find my way.

Our focus is on healthcare. We use the CYS system to significantly shorten the feedback loops of knowledge exchange between practitioners. Simply, because the upside needs to be captured. The potential of the tools as it stands already allows us to make this happen. Not to mention the personal support from the team.

Pros

The tool is highly flexible, intuitive and easy to use and set up. CYS' customer service is grand. The team's efforts pay off when it regards to features being added through time.

Cons

When we launched our first project the dashboarding features were still in beta. Hence, wasn't able to fully grasp its potential. Since early this year they've come online and look promising.
