Pros Tiene una interfaz muy intuitiva, los colores me gustan mucho si están bien combinados. Me encanta que haya dashboards, se pueda hacer cargas masivas con Excel, el Excel es muy intuitivo. Los permisos también están muy bien relacionados. Cons No me gusto que no se pueda borrar los enlaces de proceso de cada riesgo masivo, se tiene que hacer uno por uno, y si me confundo en una carga masiva en algunos procesos, tengo que hacerlo manualmente la eliminación. Ha permitido fortalecer la cultura de riesgos dentro de la organización y facilitar el trabajo colaborativo entre áreas, aunque siempre existe oportunidad de mejora en personalización y reportes. Pros Lo que más me ha gustado de Pirani es el módulo de activos de información, ya que permite centralizar y estructurar de forma clara el inventario de activos, facilitando su clasificación, valoración y relación con riesgos y controles. Cons Lo que menos me ha gustado de Pirani es que algunas funcionalidades requieren un nivel de configuración inicial relativamente alto para ajustarse a la realidad de cada organización. Al tratarse de una herramienta de análisis de riesgos, la matriz debería incorporar criterios cuantitativos que permitan ubicar los riesgos financieros de forma objetiva, en función de rangos previamente definidos, fortaleciendo así la medición, comparabilidad y seguimiento del riesgo financiero.
