Pros The absolutely best thing about this software is it has a free version and also a free trial for the paid version. There are numerous features but if I had to pick the best ones would be resume search and candidate tracking. Cons There are really no cons I can think of with the version I used. We also use the resume bank along with other online resume banks. We are happy with the ease of use and support provided. Pros We were particularly impressed with the broad range of resumes available to search and the product support thereafter from identifying the right candidate to onboarding the candidate. Cons We did not use the product that long to suggest any improvements. So far, it has catered to our needs as anticipated. Reasons for choosing TrackTalents We did not use another product before this. We were largely using multiple excel documents to track our team performance. Track Talents gave us a one-stop product where we can track individual and team performance on the spot without collating multiple excel documents at the end of each month.
