January 21, 2021 5.0 The day-to-day running will only give you back what you put into it. However, with minimal effort you can influence peoples buying habits and increase overall conversion rate - without complicated strategies needed if that's how you like to work. We've opted for the Managed Service, which is a slightly more expensive Service Level, however, it has already paid for itself in having that dedicated strategist and account manager to provide insight and solutions to us, rather than us having to "do it when we get around to it!" Excellent service and we've now implemented across our multiple websites. Pros Really intuitive UI and easy to pick up and learn. The system is easy to use right across the board, however, you can opt for Salesfire to jump in and do the work for you if needed, as their creative team is great too! Head of Web Development & IT Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Powerful features, easy to integrate and easy to use" February 10, 2021 5.0 We had two separate issues which Salesfire solved for us, firstly providing dynamic product recommendations to increase our conversion rates and AOV, and secondly, providing a powerful search that didn't need a lot of resource or cost a lot of money. Salesfire have delivered on both counts with their solution. Pros The integration in general was really straightforward, but standout feature would be the search which integrates really well with our site and provides great quality results. We have also had good feedback from customers which is rare. Cons Integration with Google Analytics would be on the marketing wishlist. API integration for recommendations or analytics would be great to have. Generally however there is nothing I dislike about the software. Company Director Retail Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Avoid at all costs" September 30, 2024 1.0 We have used Salesfire for just over 3 1/2 years. Whist what they do is good. if you want to get out of a contract with them they are Horrendous. They asked me to Sign a new contract in September 2023. I never signed it. I gave them notice of my account in January 2024, after their services had been removed from our website , as we had started a new website. I heard nothing from them until July of this year when they started chasing me for money I supposedly owed them. They threatened taking my business to court. They will not listen to reason, and have now taken my business to court. For all the good work they can do, you can now do the same thing a lot cheaper on Shopify or with other apps. I am guessing they are getting a bit desperate. We will see how the court case goes and I will keep you updated. I believe we have a reasonable case, and have legal assistance with our insurers. Jared Lewis Imagine DIY Pros What they do is quite good, however it is becoming more and more expensive, as you can get the same products much cheaper on the market place without tying you in to a ridiculous, outdated and unprincipled contract. Cons The fact that they tie you in to a contract, that is on an auto renew. I understand being on a contract for a year but not an annually renewing contract with which you have 30 days to cancel. With on-going support from an account manager the whole dynamic feels more connected and that there is a real care in what they do, not to mention the constant introduction of new and exciting features. Pros Salesfire immediately impacts our conversion rate; as a retailer for designer watches with a high AOV, conversion rate is always an uphill battle. Salesfire have made it incredibly easy to make great overlays and implement great little features that all boost conversion rate that we couldn't be happier with. Everything we've implemented so far is showing positive results. Pros The product actually works. Our turnover and conversion rate have massively increased since using Salesfire. We're not utilising it as best we could currently, so I feel there's even more room to increase sales and conversions. Cons I don't come from a tech background, so when starting to implement some of the tools (like overlays and prompts), I didn't understand the terminology, or what behaviour triggers meant and what they could do. Cons Occasionally a new feature can take a week or two to get working properly, but when I have experienced an issue like these the team have always been there to deal with it quickly. If you're looking to sign up for a 2-year contract for a service you can easily get from a 3rd party provider such as Privy whilst paying a premium price then you're in the right place. Overall, I did once think Salesfire was a nice company, my view has changed massively and I do urge businesses to look elsewhere. Contracts in this day and age are usually for businesses that are scared to lose clients. Be careful people. Also, there is no direct integration with Klaviyo. Essentially a free plugin with restrictive 12 month rolling contracts " April 13, 2022 1.0 Hard sell process to get you into a contract and then you are not notified of renewals. The software is ok but a few searches in shopify app store or woocommerce and you will find several cheaper plugins without the contract. Unfortunately we missed our renewal cancellation date by 13 days and were told if we wanted to cancel we would have to pay up for the entire year or we would get a CCJ. Beware of the terms in the contract and check the value of the tools themselves before signing up.
