The change it brings is truly revolutionary, and it's a new way of thinking that has transformed how I conduct business and how to be more effective. Cons I have deployed Livayo at several organizations. The needless duplication of operations may have been avoided if data or tasks could be transferred through one Livayo to another account or even better if can we transfer it into other application thru simple integration. Cons There is a lot of think through to get Livayo set up. It really requires thorough evaluation of systems and tasks. It’s hard work that is worth it, though. Cons It's hard to when someone is absent to move their tasks that they will not be able to complete that day to someone else, or just mark them absent. As I manage multiple positions in our theater, I have anywhere from 50-70 tasks that I personally need to do daily. There is no way that I could remember every task that needs to get done! But with Livayo, I am able to program my recurring tasks to appear on the corresponding days and I no longer have to rely on my memory. Livayo holds me and our employees accountable in being sure that everything that needs to be done to keep the business running successfully is actually being completed on time. Livayo is a MUST! I could not do what I do without it. Cons I like my tasks to appear in order that they need to be done. They appear in alphabetical order. Would have been nice to 'drop' tasks from one Livayo to the other instead of duplicating the tasks. But we onboard an intern this Fall and the process has been amazing. She literally just does Livayo tasks all day and I have to do very little traditional "management." It's so cool! Pros Work design. Just the whole concept of designing the work to be done is fantastic. And then the functionality to assign that work to team members so it gets done? It's actually revolutionary. It's a whole new paradigm and it has totally changed the way I run this business and all of my businesses. Cons You really have to have training and a paradigm shift to be able to understand the software. It's really a philosophy shift. But once you get it, you get it. And it changes everything. He is wealth of business knowledge. Pros stedI like that I can only have a job description once. As a business owner, it seems like I am continually retraining and reinventing jobs to make my business run smoothly. Now I have a list and duties of all the positions needed. I can see if they are getting done. Some jobs are daily, weekly, monthly. If my business is struggling, I can see what I need to do before I get too far down the road. So when a new employee comes in, they have a road map of expectations. It takes all the guess work out. I feel accomplished, and my employees can see they are doing a good job! Cons Well I hate when I buy something and I don't use it. I am not very computer savvy so it was a learning curb for me. Reasons for choosing Livayo I knew I needed somthing .
